El personal La habitación La atención Desorden que tiene la recepción,ya que abrieron la puerta de mi habitación.y no fue la camarista.

Todo bien excepto las habitaciones , suuupeer chiquitas y se siente como claustrofobia : una ventanita .. :( y no se puede abrir es sellada

Llave del lavabo floja, taza de baño suelta y son óblast alarma contra incendio a las 3am nos despertó de golpe

one elevator did not work, internet did not work in the rooms so everytime i had to come down to lobby level to work, the staff did not arrange any help so all 3 days i had to come down for any work on my computor, the hotel had taken a booking of a students of 10-16 years making a lot of noise, making reception dirty as they brought pizza every evening from outside and had it there, screaming and shouting but even the reception staff did not stop them- it was impossible to talk as I had fixed up a meeting at the lobby level but due to noise, we had to go out. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and I would like Booking.com or the hotel to reimburse my charges as nothing met my expectations.

deben cambiar el numero de contacto de la app, ya que el que tienen nunca responden, cambiar las politicas en cuanto a NIÑ@S, eso de andarse subiendo a las mesas, sillas y sillones y tirar basura en el comedor, jugar con los elevadores, correr, sin la supervisión de los padres, FATAL.
