The location was good. The efficient communication was good. The price was good.
The sewer stench in the bathroom was unacceptable. It made me dry reach to go into the bathroom! 🤮

The location was great, I've been a few times so I knew where I was staying was going to be a great location.
Sadly, the apartment wasn't as great as the location. In general it was fine but I expect clean pillows but they smelt of dirty heads, washing up sponges were sooo old and had old food on them - disgusting. In January it's obviously cold at night, so a sheet and a very thin cover is not sufficient, I contacted the company about this and they just changed the sheets, so I had to sleep in my clothes as I was too cold. Toilet also smelt very unclean and shower had mould around the tiles.

Location is good, 5 minutes walk from shops,bars and restaurants.
The appartment is nothing like the photo's on booking.com.
Very old and dirty, hairs and mold everywhere.
Sockets broke, bad sewege smell, water cooker/pans/glasses dirty with calcare and mold.
No coffee machine.
Roof terrace old and dirty, table and chairs broke, yacuzzi not funzional and covered with old ground sheet.
We booked this appartment for 3 nights but we moved to a hotel the second night.

Good size room with fridge, kettle etc. Aircon worked well in the heat. Location was ok and all parts of city walkable. Big water bottle downstairs .
Room has some cock roaches, 1 light in bathroom not working, so shower was dark when curtain pulled across, maybe use a light coloured curtain instead of dark colour Bathroom had a stale urine smell, maybe a good clean around toilet is needed., No instructions on how to operate TV/ Cable as someone had previously pressed the wrong button, I finally worked it out , one remote required new batteries. 1030 check out is too early. No room safe.

Lot of connections for equipment (USB mounted directly in the wall socket to charge mobilee phone), everything clean and nice, small balkony

Nice and open, near restaurants and the port.
Having access to the roof terrace was really great!
Bed was not comfortable and the sheets were inappropriate for the weather (not thick enough). Very noisy street at night until at least 1 am, and window shutters do not stop any of the noise.

I really liked the fact that it is in the old city center and if you stay only a few nights, it's important to be close to everything. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace, the view was very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy and big. Also, the staff is very helpful and responds quickly to any request. Thank you for this! :)
The floor in our room and the shower could have been cleaner when we arrived. The towels and sheets were a little too used, but other than this it was a good experience.

may be the email where has been given the code for the main door have to send before my arrivals at Malta. I couldn1t open my door at the beginning because the code is missing and sent to me only the arrivals day and haven't the access on mobile phone.

I basically think that the property is affordable and the price reflects what amenities are available. The apartment was very clean however. WiFi was available.
The towels and sheets were very old and threadbare. There instructions not to flush paper in the toilet but to place it in the bin provided seemed to be somewhat unhygienic! There was industrial toilet paper and very little provided in terms of soap etc.

Very good location. Everything is near and easy to find. A/C was working and it was warm inside.
Extra collapsable bed for child was broken and wasn’t suitable for sleeping on it. We found lots of hair on beddings.
Low soundproof. You can hear everything, what is going outside and also neighbours.

I had a very bad experience.
The room was dirty: dirty walls, dirty furniture, dirty sheets.
The room and the building had a very bad smell.
The windows were a joke and did not block the cold or the noise of the street. The noise... screams, cars, anything you could imagine.
On the first night the electricity was down, which meant a freezing room. I could not contact the owner until morning, after 9 AM.
Please avoid the location, if you care for your familly!

The location is excellent and having a lift is a bonus in Valletta. The cleaner came daily (bar Saturday when roads were flooded) with fresh towels & to empty bins.
The apartment was a little soulless in November and we were chilly at night. We couldn’t get the AC unit to provide warmth. Kitchen and bathroom were tired.

Location, in a quiet street, but few mins away from major attractions and lively bars/restaurants. Everything was clean, and simply decorated, but pleasant.
Building and app seem to be very recently renewed. Charming terrace on rooftop.
Really nothing to complain:) Only one night stay, and everything was good.

Very authentic accommodation in a beautiful location, in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely balcony in Maltese style. A great opportunity to feel like a resident of Valletta. The bathtub and rooftop terrace add a little bit of relaxation to an active day in Valletta.
It was very noisy as there were fireworks nearby every evening. It's not a problem unless you have a small child with you :)

Fantastic views from the top of the building, and great location.
The room was unkempt and dirty, the bedsheets were smelly. We were promised daily cleaning, but we have only seen the cleaner once during our weeklong stay. There were cockroaches in the bathroom (hopefully only the bathroom).

Really nice apartment, good value and close to the centre.
There's a club nearby that plays the worst music. The positive is that it finishes around 12, so it doesnt keep you up all night!
