Guest house Katia is a fantastic place in Tbilisi! The room was sparkling clean, spacious, and had both heating and AC. Koba and his wife Keso were beyond friendly and welcoming. I loved the spacious kitchenette, the shaded backyard under the grapevines, and their sweet dog Bella. As a cyclist, being able to safely leave my bicycle in the backyard overnight was a huge plus, and the price is more than reasonable!

Best place I stayed at in all of Georgia. And maybe even the best guest house I've stayed at in all of my travels. Host was so kind and welcoming. Everything was incredible clean. Location was great. Hope to visit again - and stay longer! Thank you!

What truly stood out was the contact with the owner. She is exceptionally kind, a wonderful person who allowed us to leave a small backpack and pick it up again after our five‑day trek. She embodies Georgian hospitality and is very communicative.
The room had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, and a space to prepare tea or coffee. The location is also well connected to the center of Tbilisi, making it very convenient.

The room was clean, as was the private bathroom, and access to the kitchen was appreciated. The owner was very friendly and helpful, accommodating me with my later afternoon flight. I was able to sit in the space after checkout and work on my computer.
I could feel the springs in the bed, which was a little uncomfortable against my ribs as I laid on my side. The kitchen was small, but functional and adequate.
