Location is excellent, a very short walk from the seafront, so nice and quiet, but easy access to bars, a small shop, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful... big shout-out to Vincento, the breakfast manager in the restaurant... such a chatty, helpful, and polite member of staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable; air con worked really well. Only minor point being that coffee and tea-making facilities would be a great addition. Breakfast selection was great, good quality and fresh. Coffee was superb. Catching a bus up to Vico Equense was easy... catching one back down was a little more irregular, so don't be in a rush!

The staff were very obliging, and breakfast was very good. The location suited us, but you need to know about the bus and train if you are not traveling by car.

No electric jug to make tea and coffee in the room

The lady in the lobby was very helpful and nice.

The Wifi connection was very weak. The breakfast could have been better also. Room we stayed into was really noisy, especially when there were people sitting in the lobby.
