Excellent, very clean and well located.

A courtain needed at the kitchen since in summer time sun focus on your face and can't barely have the breakfast.

Age of equipment in apartment, everything (except mattresses) is at least 30 years old, photos are quite deceiving. Wind howling through windows. Expensive. Card stopped opening doors 10 minutes before checkout time

Was very very clean. Beds were perfect. Good for the price.

The address shown on Google Maps is incorrect. It's operated by the hotel Horizont, buts it a couple streets up the road (and not near the bus station!) . Beware of that, especially with ski shoes! Also, there are no locks on bathrooms but this seems the be relatively normal in the country.

We took this room because we wanted to enjoy the sauna & swimming pool. But the Firn building is situated 0,5 km from the wellness area, so is the café & restaurant. So my partner didn’t even go to the sauna, as it only opens at 14h. And after the outdoor day activities it was just too much of a trouble to go 0,5km for the sauna. We couldn’t be reimbursed for the payment.

We couldn’t be reimbursed for the reservation, though when we arrived we realized that the room was situated 0,5km away from the wellness area - the reason why we have booked the room in the first place.

2 000 CZK deoposit for a key ONLY IN CASH? Reception (check in/ check out/ breakfast) in separated building 1,5 km away. Pictures in booking does not correspond the house you are accomodated in but of the main hotel (yes, that one with reception). Paid parking even for guests. They insist of having documents from all the guests (12 people), even though I was leader of the group, paying and responsible for accomadation...
