We had a wonderful time, apartment was adequate with three bedrooms, swimming pool clean and most times very quiet. We enjoyed the town and Beach with its many huts and restaurants. Ideal for us but if you are looking for more night life and music you are better off staying up the road in Colva

We stayed in this property for 2 months and were joined by several friends during this time. The property is in an excellent location, close to shops, bars and restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to the beach. The property is adequately furnished but we did buy some extras to make our stay more comfortable. We bought new pillow, glasses, mugs and towels. Lancaster, the managing agent was very attentive and attended to various issued that occurred during our stay - some lights not working, hot water not working amongst others. We would recommend this property and intend to book it again in the future

We did have to buy a few extras to make it even more comfortable. We didn't avail of the cleaning service as we preferred to do it ourselves. The Manager, Lancaster is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

We went on a family holiday to Goa and booked this Villa because it was close to restaurants, had a pool and was very good value given the size of our family. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms and a massive living area. I stayed on the top floor bedroom (with an en-suite) which has 2 balconies, one facing the the compound and the pool and the other facing the natural greenery that comes with Goa. When we got there, we were greeted by Lancaster who manages the villa. He is really friendly and he also runs a scooter hire business but if you want to hire over December, you need to book in advance. We hadn't but he was helpful enough to arrange scooter hire with another hire shop which was very friendly of him. He is just a phone call away and always happy to help. The pool area is nice and quiet. There is plenty of space to put down a towel and sit around and enjoy the sun, there are tree's which provide cover as well if you just want to sit in the heat. The location is great as well, we were a short walk from the restaurants and local shops and a little further would take you to the beach (20 minute walk) or there are are the local tuktuk cars which will take you to the beach in minutes for roughly ~50rupees. On the beach, there are two great places to go: Johncy's and Rogers - if you make friends with the guys at Rogers, they will happily reserve beach beds for you so keep that in mind if you are wake up late like us! The villa does not have internet but most restaurants within walking distance offer it for free and so do Rogers and Johncy's if you really need to be connected. Overall we had a great time in Goa and the Villa really made it feel homely and comfortable.

My family of 7 including 3 teens visited Goa and chose to stay in this wonderful holiday home, which had all the self-catering facilities, situated very close to the Benaulim Beach. The house had a good sized 3 Bedrooms, with all amenities in Kitchen including Fridge, Washing Machine and Kitchen utensils. The apartment was kept very clean, and we were greeted on arrival by a very helpful person - Lancaster. Lancaster offered to help arrange cars and bikes, if needed duration of the stay, we settled for a car which turned out to be economical. He also helped us with information on the local area and the places to visit in Goa. The whole experience was wonderful, and the 3 teens liked it very much. I recommend this place for an affordable stay for large families.
