Der Grundriss umfasst 3 Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene und 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss.
Master Bedroom - Hauptebene, Kingsize-Bett, HTDV, privates Bad. Privater Ausgang zum Deck und Pool.
"Grammie's Room" - Hauptebene, Kingsize-Bett, wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Sumpfgebiet
"Lillian's Room" - Hauptebene, aus der Küche, französisches Bett.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer:
Der erste hat ein Kingsize-Bett und Blick auf den Sumpf.
Der andere hat ein Queen-Bett und Blick auf den Pool. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch einen riesigen Schrank mit einem Etagenbett für die Kinder.
Wir befinden uns in East Beach, der Spitze von St. Simons Island, bekannt für großartige Strände, Aussichten und ruhige Straßen. Dies ist ein idealer Ort zum Radfahren und Wandern, wenn Sie nicht am Strand oder am Pool sind.

Easy check in and communication with host. We loved the pool area. House was clean and beds were especially comfortable ( nice and firm ). Was a good place for our kids, grandkids and dogs.

Great place for a relaxing vacation! The house was comfortable and had all we needed. The staff responsive and answered all our questions. Walk to beach was easy and in a shaded area. We did rent a golf cart though as we had an infant and elderly grandparent with us. The best part- the POOL! We had a great time swimming in the pool and relaxing around the cabana. Close to parks, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants when we wanted to go out. Highly recommend!

First time at Saint Simons Island and East Beach location was very nice and convenient to the village, shops, and nice restaurants. House location was further from the beach than expected although still walkable and the beach access private and roomy. The side of house/grass flooded and made it difficult to get in and out of garage and the proximity to road where people tend to speed was not idea and this is how you have to walk to the beach but the marsh with live crabs is literally across the street and makes for an enjoyable time! The house is dated and the deck leading down to pool old and splintered. All but one of the Bedrooms are very large with tons of closet space and the interior of the home was nice but the furniture was old and dated. Pool and shaded area by the pool was wonderful!! My biggest criticism is in the housekeeping - the areas around doorknobs and light switches was filthy and I had to clean them when we arrived.
