This is a great gem of a property with 4 rooms, a lovely pool, beach club, and great food and service!

The staff was amazingly accommodating and the other visitors we met at the hotel were beyond friendly. We loved the beach access and the easy access to the bar.
It was walkable to all the best restaurants and bars. Easy to come and go throughout the day.
Service getting drinks on the beach was slow at times.
The hotel next door had loud music late into the night. Not Sapphire's fault, but good to be aware of.
Rooms should have a door to separate the sleeping area from the bath area. A little TOO open.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, they welcome you with complementary drinks and coffee in the room, you get access to the beach chairs and pool that are in great location, discounts in the restaurant. it's welcoming to gay couples, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Mini kitchen and bathtub in the room make it a great place for a nice week trip. Newer construction and is kept clean and working.
The pool is small but is very private and away from all the street vendors. Great space to sit and relax.
Minor things: bathroom could have more towel hooks. WiFi is a bit spotty and not super reliable. Beds are comfortable but as always with hotel beds they are worn down like crazy.

Everything was fabulous! Their initial welcome at check in through our departure was exceptional. Food was delicious, service was TOP NOTCH, beers cold, margaritas superb.

The staff were helpful and nice. The location is great -- right on the beach in Zona Romantica, with access to lots of things. Overnight it's quiet; you only hear the ocean.
This place is primarily a day-use club for people who want to visit the beach. Between about 9am to 6pm, there is party music right outside the door, and often loud partiers as well. One day we just wanted to rest, but were subject to this noise all day. It was miserable. We cut our stay short to find quieter accommodation.

Location was the best. The room was confortable, the bed was good.
This is no a hotel "per se", its a place that rents beach chairs to the public and give them access to its private beach, that happens to rent three rooms. Therefore, rooms guests are not the priority. It happened to me that one of the workers ( Dany) moved my personal belongings out of one of those beach chairs because he rented the spot to another person that came after me, even though I talked to him he wouldn't care. So, if you are looking for a place to sleep and enjoy the beach be aware that the staff is looking after their own individual economic benefit and not as a whole ( motel).

I liked that it was located in Zona Romantica
It is 4 rooms that are located within a beach club (without any soundproofing on the windows) which means it sounds like people yelling and screaming RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR and THEY ARE! The rooms are dark, noisy and the bed has a big dip in it! They staff are only interested in beach club goers and make you feel as though you are an inconvenience. Drinks are watered down but the food is quite good. Staff make it a habit each morning at 6:45am to start yelling at one another as they start washing down the decks right outside your room without any consideration that you may still be in bed. Literally no room in the pool most times as it resembled a "human soup" most of the week we were there!

Cute and good location
The pool was under construction and there was a tarp hiding our view of the ocean and the beach. I understand that construction has to be done from time to time but I should have been given a warning before I booked four nights to look at a tarp in front of my window.

Very quiet, only 4 suites. They were large, clean and the staff was very nice.
View of beach entirely blocked by vegetation. Only ground level rooms. For the price I think you can do better if that’s important to you.
