The property was in a great location, free parking is a bonus. The property was well decorated and thought out. The self check in was easy to do, the little extras were great, providing dishwasher tablets and washing powder for the washing machine. Nice touch with the coffee machine and pods. Beds were comfortable and they accept dogs. There was nothing not to like, we would definitely stay again. We left behind a bag with holiday gifts in and the staff were so kind as to help us with getting it shipped back to us, the first time a company have ever been so honest and helped us to retrieve things, I must try better to not leave things behind in future! All in all I can this is one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed in a lot of them. Mondsee is a must to visit whilst here.

The apartment has everything you need for a long trip. I particularly like the bikes which makes it easy for us to visit the City.
A bit dusty and Sofa bed is a bit hard.

It was pristine, all the amenities were there & it was spacious & well organized. Beautiful property with free bicycles as an added bonus. Would highly recommend
There were no hooks in the bedrooms to hang up wet towels, but this is an extremely tiny detail.

It was 2 room apartment(1 room + 1 hall cum kitchen), it was nice cozy apartment with all the amenities(except chimney hood)
It has 5 dedicated parking and 6-8 bicycles, reception has all the equipments.
The apartment was a bit far from center but cycle was provided and bus stop was just 300 m away.
The surrounding was peaceful to enjoy the scenic beauty.
I felt it to be a bit pricey and it was really hot during our stay and when asked about an extra fan they couldn't provide it.

It was very clean. The staff was responsive. It was a good layout for families.

Really nice room and arrangement of furniture. Basically everything available what is needed. Enough parking and good support/information sharing.
Cleanliness of the dishes. Cleaning the outside of the building with a high pressure cleaner on Sunday 7:30 am is a little bit disturbing

Thé apartment was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The apartment is located close to the bus stop and the area is quiet.
The shower was slow draining and might need looking at.

Conveniently located to public transport in a quiet area. Very clean and well appointed.
being built under the roof, some compromises in fitting were needed but there were some odd choices like a lack of space for the kitchen area odd placement of the shower.

The location was perfect. We found the place easily. Nobody was waiting for us neither pressurising us with the timing . All the rules were written nicely and left on the table. Everything we might need, medical center around, as well.
I would highly recommend this place . It was warm and comfortable. The temperature dropped suddenly.

It was clean and we could use their
bikes to get to the old town, but it was expensive for what they offer.
The apartment did not have air conditioning and it was very warm in the bedroom with only 2 ventilators. The cabin shower in the bedroom was awful. It was not possible to shower without waking up everybody due to the open cabin shower in the middle of the room, so no privacy at all. Luckily there was a toilet with a proper door!! And last but not least they should inform their clients they have lots of stairs!! The green cushions have not been washed in a while so they had a mush odor. The pictures are smartly done, so you can't really appreciate that there is no proper shower, besides the description says "private bathroom", when it actually should say: "private toilet".

I lovely location not far out of the centre. the streets were small, almost like it was built as a model town / experimental project. Close to amenities, felt safe and was very quiet. The apartment had literally everything we needed. The manager was super friendly, with tips for where to go in the area. Don’t miss the salt mines!

Great location, Very clean, comfortable beds the host was great to communicate with and allowed us to check in earlier.
Digital fan needs instructions to operate. A couple of wine glasses had been put back cracked.

The bicycles included in the accommodation, the location is great, away from the city center, but close enough to take the bicycle and ride along the river to the city center. Nice and quiet area!
