Good place, good view, fluffy cat lurking around

I left appartment for several days - they didn't found me and decided to cancel my stay, said, that they wrote booking.com support, and I'll get refund for left days of staying, but no refunds and no any info from booking

It was a total disappointment and a waste of money.

It looks nothing like the pictures. It's a scam. It looks like it has a nice reception but when you arrive it looks all shady, broken and dirty. During my stay it was just open when I arrived, the rest of the weekend there's no one to help you. The apartment was the same as reception all dirty and broken things. Terrible smell, had to go to buy air freshener. No one came to change the sheets. There was no soap, a lot of things missing. I reserved a room with bathtub and when I arrived there was no bathtub, just a dirty shower will hairs all over. It was the worst.

The accommodation is in a decent area, and the building is clean. However, the apartment was rather ill-equipped of some basic things like hand washing soap, dish-washing accessories, proper cutlery used in cooking (cuttinh knives and cooking spoons). The biggest problem we faced was the leak in the kitchen sink, which had the lounge area flooded within couple minutes of use. The heating system works fine, but when turned on, it reeked of dirty laundry within a few minutes so we had to turn it off. The apartment has two single beds and one sofa-cum-bed, however quilt was just provided for the use of one person. The leak in the kitchen sink was the biggest problems so we contacted the reception about it, but it was not looked into at all. The laid-back behavior of the administration, and unwillingness to fix a problem was extremely infuriating as we had to live with the lounge partly inundated throughout our stay.

The staff were ok at check in.

The apartment was not clean. There were bits of paper (receipts) on the bedroom floor from the previous occupant. There were two microwaves - I used the small white one as it was easier to access, but I had to clean the inside before I could use it. When I went to take a plate for my food I could not find one without dried food stuck to it. The floor was sticky underfoot especially around the toilet. The handle to the cupboard where the bin was placed was falling off - it was very easy to fix but it should not be me doing that. The carpet area outside the apartment was filthy - all it needed was someone to vacuum it but it never happened. The lift was always dirty and on one occasion was out of order - but quickly fixed.

The room did not live up to expectations, there is no hot water only at noon, Wi-Fi does not work whoever is interested in five mega for the whole building this is the place, cleanliness on the face, the smell stinks in the room, the TV can not be watched

Good

They could have big cups/mugs (I love my tea) and and an extra pot.

The very first day I arrived there was no TV remote control to on the television, so I stayed Saturday, Sunday without a watching TV.....is a bad experience with my little son.
