A unique place to come home to. Entire cottage in your own private valley, that's how it feels. The style puts you back to grandparent's time, which gives a cosy and unwinding sense. But still wifi available! The kitchen contains a lot of items to help you cook, like oil etc. and you can buy a variety of drinks or handcraft items by leaving cash. Please note: I'd recommend to park the car near the first house you find after leaving the road. To reach the cottage you will need to take a steep gravel road with short and sharp turns. The sign above the entrance gate has a different name than Lalovic, but let that not confuse you. Another thing to note: the phone number you will get after booking on here is not the correct one! But if you email the owner and ask for it you will get the correct number instantly. If you want to self cater, do get your stuff from one of the two village markets in Tjentiste. They sell more than you expect. Alternatively enough restaurants before or after Prijedel. Lovely to support locals by buying jam, honey or spirits at one of the stalls by the road side between Tjentiste and Prijedel.

We loved it. One of the most unique homes we have ever stayed in. Its an old farm house with amazing views of the mountain. It has so much character, private, and extremely relaxing. It far exceeded our expectations. A definite stay for hiking in the area or a stop when traveling between the coast and Sarajevo. As a tip, Email seems to be the best way to contact the host, as we found the booking.com site unable to message the host on the mobile app. I would also inquire whether the host is on whatsapp.

The most perfect, peaceful place with incredible views. The house has everything you need whilst being away from it all. Olja was the perfect host and helped arrange a guide for us to visit Perućica Forest. The forest was incredible, our guide was brilliant. I unfortunately became ill on our hike and afterwards Olja was so kind checking if I needed anything. We also did the Trnovačko Lake hike and it was brilliant to come back to a hot shower and beautiful garden to chill out in after a long day. We truly enjoyed our stay, cooking on the outdoor grill, playing with the village cat and waking up to the awesome valley views. We are already wondering about a future visit!
