They have 2 refrigerators, and they offer plastic baskets for people to store their dry goods.

The employees could be better about cleaning out the refrigerators, especially when the hostal is full. What they shoukd do, as many other hostels do, is to clean and/or look through the refrigerators one specific day each week, and to pull out anything without a name on it and anything with a date on it that has passed. And, all should be instructed to put both their name and the date they will leave on everything they put in the refrigerators. In essence, the hostal needs a clear system instead of leaving it up to chance.

They use bleach sometimes to clean the beds after people leave, so there are no bed bugs like at some hostels in the city.

The wifi cuts out occasionally. Usually, you just have to turn off wifi and turn it back on and/or shift the position of your computer, but you may need to try several times, and you may have to restart your computer. Phones don't seem to be affected as often.

dorm facing busy street - it is impossible to sleep without ear plugs, pillows are extremely small, all frying pans are scratched and not safe to use, terrace lacks some shade has some leaks when it is raining, hostel did not provide any announced daily activities during my week-long stay, hand towel and dry plates cloth look dirty as hell, some staff seem to be indifferent to any guests needs and lack common sense - they do a bare minimum

Nice location, and the co working area was good, not too crowded.

The stuff was nice, but sometimes they could not gave me accurate information about local shops. I expected the them to be a little bit more informed about San Cristobal. The room was a bit too cold at night, but understandable for the pricing.
