Nice quiet location just outside main Luton town centre. Handy for airport. Good bathroom. Room was clean and in good order

Bed could have been more comfortable. Double duvet was not wide enough for the bed. As it was warm weather it did not matter too much on this occasion but would not cover 2 of you comfortably in winter. No warm welcome. Does not do breakfasts. Meals times on a notice on the room door were incorrect for sundays. . We were there on a sunday and thought we would have dinner there. But told in bar that food finished at 5p.m when trying to order at 6pm. Did draw this to their attention

Down the end of a road so nice and quiet but only minutes from the airport

here you will get everything you need, the owner will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible . Very tasty food and beer.

Satnav found this for us, certainly never knew this area exisited!!! Stairs were a bit steep for two old fella's but we managed them ok. Had a steak and ale pie, veg and mash, and I have to say it was one of the best pies I've had, VERY nice. Couple of cold ciders and I was ready for bed!!!!

Booked a room with a double bed and got 3 singles, couldn't get hot water, very basic and overpriced

the location was perfect for what I needed, which was access to the airport early in the morning. the room was well supplied with tea/coffee and a heater to warm the space up!

Whilst I knew that the room was above a pub, I hadn’t anticipated the walls to be quite as thin as they were - rather difficult to get an early night for an early flight with very rowdy guests downstairs and other noisy guests in adjacent rooms. The bathroom was well presented but soon after turning on the shower, the basin started to fill and I quickly became aware of a leak as the floor became saturated with the overflowing water. I made my shower as quick as possible but still had to use all available towels to mop up the water over the floor. It seems that the shower and toilet drain are connected, as after this incident, I flushed the loo which also proved to be blocked at this point because of the bunged drain.

Location is ideally suited for an overnight stay before or after flying from Luton which was perfect for our needs. The pub itself is also nice and the location is nice and secluded so I didn't find it to be very noisy (aside from the noise from the pub itself, but it was a Friday night and it had gone by 23:30). Staff were all nice and facilities were good - I'd definitely stay again.

Lovely country pub hotel. Nice little room and once we asked for heating it warmed up fast. Really friendly staff, nice area and feel.

Staff were busy on the friday night! Had to ask twice for blankets which could have been in the room perhaps please? But staff were very friendly and nice and we really liked this place; would stay again.

Absolutely loved it so cosy having just landed back from America and was knackered. Had a top bar meal with sweet and drinks and staff were so warming and couldn’t do enough for us.
