Rolla Suites Hotel -Former J5 Bur Dubai Hotel

The hotel is good but the carpets can do with a bit more of cleaning. Location is great with close proximity to restaurants and groceries. Staff is friendly. Overall a good stay.

Need proper cleaning of the carpets and furniture. TV was not working. Water in the shower was not hot and slow. But otherwise the stay was Ok due to the location.

Overall, the hotel is good value for money and worth considering, especially for travelers looking for an affordable and convenient stay. The location is accessible to public transportation, making it easy to travel around and reach nearby places.

There were a few issues during my stay that could be improved. There was no towel provided upon check-in, and I noticed some seepage on the wall. I also found an old medicine sachet inside the drawer and a spider web when I opened the curtain. These details suggest that the room could benefit from a more thorough inspection and cleaning before guests arrive. The tissue holder in the bathroom is full of rust. The WC needs to scrubbed. Despite these issues, the hotel has good potential, particularly because of its convenient location and reasonable price. I hope the management can address these concerns to improve the overall guest experience.
