We had a great stay at the hotel. It is very clean, the staff extremely welcoming and it's RIGHT ON THE BEACH - you get to your room in 34 steps.

The view is magnificent - from our room on the top (3rd floor) we could overview the entire bay and look straight down on the beach, only 10m from the hotel. Breakfast was good, what I would call a 'full greek breakfast'. The beach was nice as well and there were enough sun beds and parasols for all guests. There was a heat wave at the time of visit, but the AC was fortunately able to cope with up to +40C outside. Parking was free.

The covid19 restrictions made breakfast a bit chaotic, as guests coming from many diverse countries managed to entangle things, despite clear rules and the best efforts of the 2.5-person morning staff on duty.

Very good location, the rooms are nice and great view from 2nd floor, close to tavernas (we highly recommend Nikos Taverna at the far end of the port), very quiet, no loud music, mosquito net at doors-very useful. Beach is very good only few rocks and pebbles at the bottom of water. Great views in the sorrounding area, Sithonia is very beautiful.

Hotel is cozy and comfortable, we had a balcony overlooking the lovely bay. Bathrooms a bit small but functional. I loved the location only 10 minutes walk from the small port with its 4-5 restaurants, the beach is narrow, long, with easy access to the calm and clean water. Very pleasant stay out of the beaten path and with not too many tourists

I think they only make the rooms every 3 days, we adapted, if you ask the cleaning lady to supply you with new sheets/toilet papers/ sweep the rooms from sand etc they will comply but you must ask. Hotel doesn't have a proper restaurant, there's one opposite probably an agreement with hotel, food was excellent but overpriced, again you walk 10 minutes to the port and you have comparable food at lower price.

The location was great! The beach is just in front of the hotel - amazing view! There are very good restaurants in a walking distance! The room was spacious and clean. Great beach bar!

I liked the place and the cleanliness of the sea.

on top of everything the breakfast and the fact that there was not a spot where I could relax as there were children all around. I love children but any hotels should care about the different needs of different customers, by creating (for instance) a portion of the beach dedicated to the families with children. the beach is not big enough to host all the people which were there and the sand not so clean. I saw a lot of cigarettes stuck into the sand. A lot of children screaming (which is normal for children) with no chance to have the chance to relax. sorry to say that breakfast was really poor and even the food which should be served hot, was cold. Coffee was got a strange escalation from the first day to the last, it gradually became worse and worse till last day when it was just brown water. I think there are some areas of improvement for this hotel and surely they should care about having an area for children and families and an area where guests which want relax can do it.

Clean and friendly. Great location. Very good AC. Brilliant sea view. Comfy bed good bathroom and well cleaned every day.

Should be tea and coffee in room. Beach too full of sun loungers. Need to be thinned out. The beach is not private. Anyone can use the sun loungers as long as they pay. This means it is sometimes crowded for guests. Thin walls. I could hear snoring easily next door!
