The Narathiwas Hotel & Residence Sathorn Bangkok

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, and the property itself was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. There was nothing major that we disliked.

When I arrived and asked a staff member for some information, I did not feel welcomed. The staff member was quite unfriendly. She usually works the evening shift. However, I would like to mention that the staff working in the morning were friendly and helpful. There was also a strong unpleasant smell in the hallway, and the hallways were very dark. The toilet area was also quite dark. The ventilation system does not seem to work properly. The swimming pool is only open until 6:00 PM, which we feel is too early. It would be much better if it stayed open until at least 10:00 PM. Overall, we were not completely satisfied with our experience and would prefer not to choose this location again next time.
