Location is great, next to the St. John's Hotel. The terrace of the hotel with its view is gorgeous. The staff was overall very helpful.

We were coming during the low season, end Jan, and we were the only ones in the hotel. Thus the breakfast was limited and we were expecting more. On the other hand, the manager, the staff were trying to accommodate all our needs. The cleanliness was poor, primarily the beds. It is ok if you stay one night, but definitely not a pleasure to sleep there.

The staff was really friendly and the location just perfect! Their terrace overlooking the city is incredible. The gave us a bigger room which was super nice and let us check out later - we travelled with our 10 month old daughter.

At first the water host no water until the staff fix it. The hot water is too hot, uneasy to take shower. The fragrance smell of the room and hotel is too much. The key provided is quite difficult to open and close. The door is also damage, not easy to close when open.

the room does not appear the same as the imagined depicted. the hotel is a bit old and could use some upgrades in the room, especially the lighting and the bathroom. the bed is very firm

The staff is very friendly and the location was excellent. You are in the center of it all, within walking distance of all the major sites of Madaba and within a 30 minute drive of Mt Nebo, Mose's spring, and Jesus's baptism site. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and could scald you if you wanted it to. The rooftop restaurant had a decent breakfast and gorgeous views of the sunset and sunrise. Also, the nicer restaurants are very close but if you want street food (shwarma, falafel, fresh baked kanafa)its within walking distance. It very very safe to walk around. We noticed the local area shops start shutting down around 8pm.

Needs update, lobby too dark, not so welcoming atmosphere because of the dark walls on one wide of the lobby , the sofa cushions were dark too, Only nice thing is the rooftop resto location, view of the city , food tasted so so Front desk guys were nice and attentive, taxi driver was good too. Near places we wanted to visit. That’s about it.

Fix light fixture or bulbs of ceiling in room, that’s dangerous next to a smoke alarm...those inexpensive updates you can do , pics on walls are old they need to hire an interior designer to make the place look more inviting and pleasant to the eyes specially now people like to post on Social media about where they are staying. I can mention more but you can check things in rooms and lobby that needs some updating. I think those guys working there are making the hotel look masculine , the hotel needs a women’s touch :) just saying!! ✌🏼 The rooftop resto will gain more costumers if the lobby is more inviting. We were tired so we slept good. Stayed one night only.

Restaurant had good views over the city. Staff were extremely helpful and service as good. Extensive breakfast offering.

Bathroom was unheated and a little cold.

The hotel has excellent location at heart of Madaba, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Omar gave us many great tips and the receptionist was very nice and ready to help with anything. The lady in the restaurant is really lovely as well. Hotel is clean and well heated with AC in every room.
