Hotel Villa Miralisa

The staff here did an exceptional job at maintaining the property, making it welcoming to their guests, and providing exceptional customer service. This family owned business has been in operation for several years, and it really shows why they were so successful. Kind, caring, accommodating... I cannot say enough about my experience here. Will most definitely be returning to this wonderful Villa. Grazie mille!

We loved this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the setting is stunning, and everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming. An incredibly peaceful and calming place! Definitely recommend having dinner at the hotel at least one night - wish we’d had the chance to try lunch there too! You could easily spend the entire day at the hotel, in the beautiful gardens or enjoying the multiple pools and ocean views. Lots of places to sit out and relax too. If you do want to explore the Island, the hotel makes it very easy. They kindly run multiple shuttles up the hill in the morning and evening, and they also offer drop-off and pick-up services to Spiaggia di Citara (where Poseidon pools are) and the town of Sant’Angelo. This is especially helpful as the hotel is down a fairly steep hill, and while the buses around the island are regular, they can get very hectic. Bonus nearby recommendations: Baia di Sorgeto - the food and drinks at the snack bar are amazing, and try Da Gisella for a great meal!

Breakfast is quite basic, but still in a lovely relaxed setting. The room (specifically the bathroom) could've been a touch cleaner. Also, in our room the double bed was just two single beds pushed together which was not ideal!

It’s very clean and cosy, you really feel at home and taken care of by the hotel team. It’s 10 minute on foot from baia di Sogeto, and also very close to the bus station, so you can get around without a car. I really appreciated that there’s what a free transfer that would take you to the main beaches. The area of the hotel and the swimming pools is very well maintained and clean.

The breakfast could be better - but then for a 3 star hotel it’s fine.

The facility and grounds are amazing! The rooms are tastefully decorated and the landscaping is absolutely beautiful. It’s kept extremely clean and very well maintained. The owners and staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to make sure that you are having a great experience.
