Location was good for looking round the old town. It was on a mostly quiet street. The night staff, who I had regular contact with, were excellent. Erwin was organised, polite and obliging…he happily adjusted some arrangements for me. Achmed is a lovely young man - polite and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety of foods so I was easily able to leave feeling well fed.

The only daytime staff member I interacted with, did do what was requested and did help, but was rather abrupt and never let go of his cellphone!

it was possible to hear the sound coming from the other rooms , TV, even people snoring..

The staff was super nice and ready to help with information and trying to accommodate our needs. the breakfast was buffet style and nice.

The bed was the worst, the mattress was super hard and very uncomfortable, we change rooms after the first night and even though it was a downgrade, no balcony and smaller room, the mattress was a bit better, but still not nice.

The location is perfect for me, and the staff is really kind and helpful. This is my second time at Manesol, and I would definitely come again

The only challenge I have faced is with the water! The hot water wasn't available all the time, and one of the days it wasn't available for a couple of hours! And there is a bad smell that sometimes comes from the bathroom I don't know what's the problem.

the location is ok I guess. at the bottom of the street you can get the public transport all the way up to the top which is a lifesaver. The staff were pleasant and nice 👍

I was kinda filthy. I know it’s not an expensive hotel but the carpets everywhere were stained to all hell. also there were dangerous tiles that were broken in the shower. To top it off there was - what I can only assume was - mascara on the tiles by the sink. would have taken a gentle wipe to remove but was there the whole time I stayed. (I was waiting to see if they cared) after complaining about the state of the carpets you’d have thought they would try elsewhere. but no.
