Some of the staff were really friendly. The head waiter was particularly nice, helpful, and attentive.

The hotel is in need of renovation. The reception staff were rude. One of the beds in our room was broken, and we had to call 4 times before the issue was addressed. Eventually, they brought in a bed from a neighbouring room, which was far from an ideal solution. This raised concerns about the comfort and experience of other guests who may have been left with a broken bed or had to complain about the same issue. The spa offered good massage therapy, but there was no privacy during the session. Staff constantly opened the doors to check whether the room was available or to retrieve items. In some rooms, the noise from a nearby laundry machine made it impossible to relax, and staff frequently walked loudly through the corridor. The spa’s management and overall organization require significant improvement.

Grosse Hotelanlage, mit allen Möglichkeiten, die man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten kann. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, besonders die Gartenanlage, die sehr liebevoll gepflegt wird. Im Hotel wird auf grosse Reinlichkeit geachtet. Die Pools sind sauber und Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die direkte Strandlage, die verschiedenen Bars und Restaurants, die vielen Angebote lassen keine Wünsche offen. Unser Club Zimmer befand sich auf der anderen Seite und etwas entfernt vom Hauptgebäude, was aber kein Nachteil ist, weil wir die Spaziergänge geschätzt haben.
