Atendimento familiar, excepcional, café-da-manhã mais que completo, personalizado, é só dizer do que gosta que no dia seguinte está na mesa, asseio total, não faltou nada, piscina ótima, bar muito bem sortido e atendido, quarto perfeito com cama de casal grande, ar-condicionado eficiente, TV e geladeira em bom estado, refeições caseiras a pedido de muito bom nivel , sabor e tempero , a 100 metros da praia e bem perto do centro de Trancoso, valeu a pena , vamos voltar !

The breakfast was nice.

I was given a ground level room with a high fence that made the room very dark. the balcony was always super dark and didn’t make for a place I’d like to stay in. the location is not great. you have to walk up the hill to get to Quadrado, and since it had rained, the path was very muddy, which made us require a taxi to get there everyday. that’s the only way to get dinner… it’s also close to the beach but not right by it. There was mostly no staff available…

Good Breakfast and well located near the beach and not far from Quadrado. The staff (family ) is very nice and gives support and travel tips with generosity.

The room given to us was not what was written at the time of purchase at the site. No varanda, no WINDOWS, problems with the cable TV.

Lovely setting, clean and comfortable room with a balcony. Breakfast was good with home baked additions which made it better than most. Family run hotel which makes it personal and they add lots of value with recommendations and making sure you are enjoying your stay, cannot fault their engagement in making sure you are making the most of your stay. A nice pools set amongst a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful environment. Five mins to a truly wonderful beach with wonderful bars with top class food, though its an expensive area. A 10/15mins walk up into a magical town square with lots of fantastic restaurants and shops in an area that is quite magical! Highly recommended.

Nothing! We would love to come back, one of the best places we have stayed in Brazil.

Extremely welcoming hotel manager, she is extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond also via WhatsApp. Internet is fast (60mb down/20mb up), the breakfast is really good, the location right next to the beach (5min walk). Really comfortable bed.

Nothing everything was great

The location is absolutely perfect, I can’t say that enough. It’s very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The best part about this place are the owners. They are the kindest people, and they really made our stay worthwhile. The owner baked us a cake for my sisters birthday, and it was SO delicious. The hospitality is beyond anything I have experienced in Brazil. Thank you again for this wonderful stay!!!

From the welcoming to the farewell everything was perfectly organized by the owners. They also took care of you and if you had some special needs. Especially in corona times they had to be very flexible and managed it perfectly. It was super clean and the beach is only 2 minutes by foot. If you had a question about any topic (drivers, recommendations, beaches, restaurants,...) the owners had always answers and GOOD answers!

It would be nice if they added a coffee maker in the room.
