1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.
Diese zweite Etage 1 Schlafzimmer 1 1/2 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der Gulf Side unseres Eigentums. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Sandstrand, den Tennisplätzen, dem Pool und den Holzkohlegrills. Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, sind unsere Ein-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten für maximal vier Personen geeignet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer mit einer eingebauten elektrischen aufblasbaren Matratze, die auch mit einem 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet ist. Das Badezimmer wurde kürzlich mit einer Granit-Arbeitsplatte und einer ebenerdigen Dusche renoviert. Die schöne geräumige Küche hat Granit und viele Schränke. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt schöne Fliesen in der ganzen Einheit. Auf der komfortabel eingerichteten, abgeschirmten Terrasse können Sie und Ihre Familie unsere warme tropische Brise genießen.

This place was perfect. Everything was super clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location is amazing—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day.The pool area was great and never felt overcrowded, which was a huge plus. They also provide beach chairs, and you can rent an umbrella for $25, which was honestly clutch for long beach days.The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the entire stay, which really made the experience even better. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Siesta Key.

What a beautiful, well taken care of property. Very clean and perfect for our little get away. Absolutely loved the pool and close beach access.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pool area were also very nice. The only problem we had was the trash chute for the 2nd floor was right beside the door to enter the condo. Unfortunately, trash was piled inside and surrounded by gnats which made their way into the condo. Management was made aware and took care of the trash issue but the gnats still lingered. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit 172 is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Though the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, we didn’t use it much as we ate out almost every meal at the various restaurants on the key (a sandwich at Anna’s is a MUST!!) The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. There was The pool and beach were both beautiful. We’ll be back!!
