this house is very neat & clean with large rooms and a big backyard. close to everything. highly recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed our three month stay at this property in Sebastian. The house is bigger than we expected with spacious bedrooms and living spaces. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were top notch. The tile floors throughout are a plus. We especially enjoyed the private fenced-in backyard where our dog could run or relax day or night. The screened in porch was a nice place to wind down to relax with a cocktail or meal. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, nice for walking our dog but convenient to shopping, restaurants and parks on the Indian River or Wabasso and Sebastian beaches. We relocated to Florida from CT and were able to continue our search for a new home in the area from this house. The use of a garage and laundry allowed us to keep many of our necessities in the house during our stay. The owners lived right next door and were very attentive if we had any issues but never intruded on our daily routines. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a short or long term stay in Indian River County. Thank you very much!

Home was very spacious and pleasant, with newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of natural sunlight. Checking in and out was a breeze. Hilda was very accommodating with our request for a second key. We would definitely book this VRBO again.

This was our second time staying at this home, and we enjoyed it just as much as we did a year ago. We have dogs, and having the fenced back yard is awesome. This house is clean, bright and in a convenient location. I cooked every night and the kitchen had all the tools I needed. The homeowner responds promptly to email, and check-in is a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend this listing.

Hilda, our host, could not have been nicer and the house was immaculate and very spacious. We hosted our extended family for Christmas brunch and everyone was impressed with the cleanliness and decor - very beachy!! We do not have a single complaint and if we need to rent in Sebaatian again, I will definitely try to rent this one again!!

Spacious with plenty of room. Love the screen porch and use of the garage. Florida oh RTS were kind of dirty and hard to keep clean for some reason. Area rugs would be nice. Very limited channels for TVs. Size of TV in family room was ok. Bedrooms TVs a little small. The owner runs a company next door. The workers were nice and non disruptive. The owner at the site was always very kind. Overall a nice home.

This home absolutely exceeded our expectations! We stay in Sebastian once a year and this was hands down the it comfortable and clean place we have stayed. We had so much room for our children to play and enjoy! There were so many small little extra things that made this home so special! And it was by far the largest home we have ever stayed in down there. We look forward to another trip and will definitely be staying here again. And I cannot express how clean and spacious this home was! Made our trip absolutely perfect!

We were about a 10 minute drive to Wabasso beach and 15 min to Sebastian inlet. We also enjoyed swimming and the water slides at North County Pool.

My wife and I enjoyed our 5 night stay there. The home was spotless and comfortable. The home was extremely easy to find off I-95. As a suggestion to those travelers staying longer than one night bring a mattress topper with you if you have difficulty sleeping on a firm or extra firm mattress. Whenever my wife and I travel we always take our 4" memory foam topper with us.
