Switch off the electricity at 12:00 Pm not a good action.. they should ask me before switching off the electricity

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and comfortable. The separate bedroom and living area made it feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially liked having the extra space and the convenience of an apartment-style setup, making it suitable for both short and longer stays.

The only minor issue was that there could have been more elevators, as I sometimes had to wait for a few minutes, especially during busy times. However, it wasn’t a major inconvenience, and overall I had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing customer service. We were very happy to have had an upgrade.

The lifts. We got stuck in the lifts, rang the bell 🔔 and didn’t get an answer until the doors eventually opened. The lift was shaking and it was scary. We did tell the house keeper supervisor and a concierge member about it. The restaurant on the 8th floor took our food order however put all the furniture shortly after without apologies for the noise, put the big fan on full force of us. The restaurant manager did absolutely nothing about it after we spoke to him. We also felt that 65 Der was a crazy price for a glass of Red wine. We had paid much less in 5 star restaurants. The breakfast buffet was very average.
