The property was in a great location to easily walk to the beach and to the old town. Although there are steps to get the property but this is the case for just about every where in Dubrovnik. the property is very well presented, spacious and comfortable- everything we needed for our family of 4.

steps to access would be the main downside but not really a problem. Some additional basics in the Kitchen would have been handy but not essential.

good location close to town and the beach. small super market and nice bar very convenient within a 100 meters or so. rooms very clean and fresh. lounge and dining area a good size and nicely decorated , kitchen well equipped. outside terrace is good size with furniture .Gasper was great very helpful host

Keys were handed directly to the guests and the necessary instructions were very clear. This time we stayed 4 nights with our family and the rooms were very clean and had most of the necessary amenities. The iron and ironing board were very useful for us. There is a market within a minute's walk of the accommodation. If this market is closed on a holiday, STUDENAC MARKET (Ur. Frana Supila 35) is likely to be open.

Since my family had small children, I felt that a microwave and a dryer for laundry would be even better. There is a washing machine and dishwasher so I would advise you to bring enough detergent for the days of your stay. Of course, you can purchase detergent at a nearby market, but you should not need a large quantity of detergent.

Our host was super friendly and very helpful with information. Mihaela met us on arrival and welcomed us into the apartment. She helped us get orientated. She also helped us retrieve a lost a sweater in the taxi. The apartment is very comfortable and the location is great. It's perfect for 4 people.

The kitchen is good, but could do with a few more basic items to help with cooking meals. Such as a vegetable peeler, a small saucepan and microwave. These would come in handy for quick meal preparation especially for toddler food. The stairs up to the main road were a little tricky with two small children, but we got very fit!

Everything was nice special thanks to the owner of the property she helped us big time.. we were allowed to check in early and check out late.. The city centre is just 15 mims from the apartment.. highly recommended

Fantastic location for the old city, beaches and local supermarket. Quiet neighbourhood , friendly neighbours.

Mihaela was so helpful and friendly! We preferred to stay outside the old city and to walk into the city instead

The apartment was really clean with all facilities you need home from home with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and board. It made out stay really enjoyable. The two bathrooms was a big plus as 4 adults sharing. A/C was very good in both bedrooms and lounge. Outdoor area was great but we had hot weather so unfortunately insects and mosquitoes attracted to the foliage spoiled this for us. Supermarket really handy at the top on the main road. All in all a great stay and thanks to a great host mihaela who gave us every bit of information we needed on arrival along with return taxi trip to the airport which was really smooth!

A lot of steps. There is 70 steps alone down to the apartment and of course back up. All in all it was a 10-15mins walk to old town via 158 steps in total or 20-25mins via the sloping paths. Please note, not accessible for disabilities or people with breathing issues.
