Sheridan Inn - Best Western Signature Collection

The historical aspect of the property was great! Such a beautiful hotel. The young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart. Our room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave; due to late night travel we picked up frozen meals and she actually heated everything up for us and brought our meals to our room. The location is great. Our dogs loved the big, beautiful front lawn. Breakfast was five stars! So delicious! The server was amazing-I think she also works in housekeeping also and is top notch. We were on a multi week tour of Wyoming and actually went back to Sheridan and hoped to stay there again but they were sold out. I totally understand why! I highly recommend this property.

Would like more lighting in the side parking lot. It’s terribly dark and that’s the main parking area. After a day or two we got used to not having a microwave and refrigerator but they are still really nice to have.

Didn't have breakfast but the restaurant is very nice.

Staying longer

Breakfast was good and we liked the hotel location. We loved being able to sit outside on the covered porch. We were lucky enough to have great weather. We liked the property very much and loved the historical feel. We did wish the dinner room would have been available to eat in.

We didn't connect to the WiFi because we had no paper in our room with instructions. Didn't want to bother the front desk. Maybe information in our room was overlooked.

Liked its location, staff friendliness

I know its historical, but needs upgrade
