Excellent breakfast and location was lovely. Room was excellent.

The shower floor was cracked by the drain and moved slightly so felt unsteady to stand on and parking area had some large potholes.

Personal were friendly

Music in the bar restaurant was so lound that the DJ should have been sued for bodily harm. I collected a drink at the bar and took it back to my room (my ears were hurting). Light comes on automatically in the room, to simulate day light, woke me up way to early. At breakfast, maybe should tell guests, that they have to go to the bar to order, we sat there for 20 minutes first.

overall ok except for terrible boomgate issue described below.

Big problem is that we got locked out of the compound after hours because the boom gate would not open when we entered the code we were given. The code had the letter 'e' in it, yet there was no letter 'e' on the keypad. Stupid. There was a Security talk box on the boomgate but when we pressed the button it just said the office was closed. There was a phone number on the boomgate, and when we called that a recorded message said the office was closed. So we were locked out late at night and did not know what to do. It was a terrible situation. In the end someone in a car behind us went walking into the compound and found someone in a venue who was able to open the boom gate. A terrible situation to be in late at night.
