Le personnel est très serviable. Le Spa propose des massages de qualité à des prix raisonnables. La nourriture est locale et il y a beaucoup de choix.

Les lits sont un peu durs.

La decoración es preciosa. Jacuzzi exterior a 30º. Hay una zona en el jardín solo para adultos con "camas" para relajarse, poder leer o toma el sol.

Cuando llegamos el parking estaba lleno, pero pudimos aparcar en una calle a 10'del hotel. La cena correcta, pero no hay muchas opciones para niños. Por la noche hubo un espectáculo, la música está muy alta y llega a molestar si estas en el salón o en las habitaciones del 2º piso. Las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo lo de los de la puerta de al lado. El spa cuesta 12€ 50', el agua esta bastante fría, no dejan entrar a los niños (ojo en su web pone que dispone de piscina climatizada para niños, no es verdad)

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt und die Straße runter ist man auch direkt am Meer. Frühstück war gut. Preise an der Bar sehr günstig 👍 die Aussicht vom Balkon 👌

Neptuno is a great hotel. Fantastic staff, everybody meets you with a smile and hello. Very helpful. Rooms are wonderful, we with had one with oceanview and view of the old town. Will be happy to stay there again.

My only complaint is the awful lounge-muzak, which goes on all over the hotel during daytime. You meet the muzak in the corridors and in the outside terrace/pool...sleepy, dull, awful muzak - bad singers doing coverversions of standard popsongs. Same tapes every day. Really, We are in Spain - if you have to play music, play sone local stuff.

The outdoor area is very nice and well maintained. proximity to downtown and beach is extremely good.

One part of the accommodation is very old style as well as decoration. Rooms are rather small and with basic commodities.

A lot of groups. The breakfast buffet is overcrowded and poor quality.
