Everything was absolutely great. location, facilities, breakfasts and above all the staff who was so kind and helpful.

1. Peaceful and quiet 2. Staff are friendly, helpful, warm and accommodating 3. I arrived Genenbach late, after 9pm. As i could not pull my luggages on cobblestones paved roads, the hotel offers Simon to pick me up at the station. When checking out, Christy also sent me to the station with her car. I was grateful for their great help indeed. 4. Wifi speed is fast, even sending whatapps video files. 5. Enjoyed my breakfast in their backyard. 6. Great value with money

Lovely hotel with parking close to the centre. The receptionist Kristine was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The owner of the hotel is very nice to all her guests! Even the breakfast seems very homely as she personally serves the scrambled eggs and hot beverages to you. This hotel also gives a free KONUS Guest card to tourists, so u get to take the public transport for free!

The hotel does not have a lift. My room was at the second floor, but we had two heavy luggages and we had to carry the luggages up and down the stairs. The toilet was a little bit small.

Location was good. Room was large, but not friendly. Had a good breakfast.

No restaurant/lounge on the premises. Reception desk wasn't always manned. I inspected my bedding and found potato chips between the box springs. The sheets seemed new, but still...............

Hotel is on very good location 200m from city centre besides this it is a good hotel with good facilities. Don't forget to make a nice hike in the vineyards around Gengenbach! I also recommend to make a hike in Durbach (20km by car) through the vineyards and forest. Park your car at the Brandstetter Kapelle and walk to the Staufenberg castle with stunning sights over the surroundings! With good weather you can also see Strassbourg in France!

The premises were not in the middle of the village but very close. Easy to park and to have access.
