2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.
Diese erste Etage 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der Gulf Side unseres Eigentums. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Sandstrand, den Tennisplätzen, dem Pool und den Holzkohlegrills. Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, sind unsere Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten für maximal sechs Personen geeignet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem verstellbaren Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und das Gästeschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit 32 "-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet, während das Wohnzimmer mit einem großen 50" -Flachbildfernseher mit HD-TV ausgestattet ist. Das Hauptbadezimmer hat eine begehbare Dusche und das Gäste-WC hat eine Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. Die schöne geräumige Küche hat Corian Arbeitsplatten und viele Schränke. Es ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Keurig-Maschine. Es gibt schöne Fliesen in der ganzen Einheit. Die Terrasse ist in die Einheit integriert, die zusätzlichen Wohnraum bietet, und es gibt einen Außenbereich, in dem Sie und Ihre Familie unsere warme tropische Brise genießen können.

Pool by the bay was great! Short walk to the beach. My only issue was lack of convenience item in kitchen and bathrooms. Also when we arrived the place was completely covered in what Florida calls “love bugs”. It would have been nice if they looked the place over before we arrived so we didn’t have to sweep and vacuum upon arrival. Overall great place after the bugs were gone.

We had a lovely time at Siesta Key. The property was nice but desperately needs some love and updates. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable but there were some plumbing issues, and many of the outlets needed to be replaced. The location is great and the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed our trip very much.

It’s a nice property with a good pool and good access to the beach. Parking was easy and we enjoyed the property.
Very spacious unit with large rooms and lots of space to spread out. Living room furniture was very comfortable and remainder of funiginhs were fine.
Not everything in the unit in great repair. Bathroom drains were both broken/loose, kitchen faucet also loose and didn’t work great. Grout in tile very stained. Guest bathroom not the cleanest. Thermostat locked at lowest setting of 70 degrees. I believe if you’re paying that much to rent a unit you should be able to keep it at whatever temperature you want. This wasn’t a big problem as it was somewhat compensated by good ceiling fans and floor fans but with the really high humidity and heat outside sleeping wasn’t as comfortable as we would have liked.
If you’re expecting a good “hospitality” experience you will maybe be disappointed. The listing said toiletries provided and they weren’t. Also neither paper towels or Kleenex were provided. No salt and pepper. Kitchen was however well stocked with all the things you’d need to prepare and serve food.
Living room furniture was comfortable and all other furnishings were fine. It’s a fine place to stay if you know all the details going in, have those expectations and are prepared.
