BF was good. The location though good, the lane had no street light, poor lighting. Walking back from the nearby Mall in late evening was scary.

Everything was good about the hotel. The service, the cleanliness, the ambiance, room facilities, everything was good. The response of the staff when we complained about something was impressively fast and resolved in no time. Highly recommended!

It is not up to the mark it use to be, rooms are not good enough now fan sounds AC water leaks on room floor, washroom smells worst and bath water don’t go.

Couldn’t point out one as everything was a pleasant experience

Well maintained, large rooms(club). Location is fine

Attention to standard details like hot water not available till you call in the morning, hair dryer not available in rooms, only 2 500 ml water bottles are complimentary (quite unlike any 3 star hotel)

The hotel is good but not the staff

They just want to take extra money in terms of cleanliness & worst part is adding more tax for using plates & glass

The rooms were really big and clean and the serices of the staff especially siva whi was at the desk
