Lack of A/C in the appartment 25 minutes walk to the nearby train station and grocery shops, at least 35 minutes walk to the nearest beach, partially on main road without pavements - it applies only to tourists that decided not to use a car during their vacations (still it it is feasible, but not very much convenient)

No air conditioning in our room was huge problem, because outside was around +40. Highly recommended to upgade rooms for A/C. Very long list of benefits in your room and not logical that no A/C, so, I did not check this list precisely and ...

Very nice staff. Gorgeus view. Very good breakfast. Wonderfull grounds with very nice pool.

I really enjoyed the local cuisine: simple, tasty, cooked with passion and love. On top of that, the terrace was facing mount Stromboli and on clear evenings you can see the islands also. Ester and the other staff were more than helpfull with tips, suggestions for the food and wine and even gave extra treats at the end of dinner :)

Althought I am a bit picky, in this case I have nothing to say in this section as everything was above my expectations and close to perfection.
