Departamento amplio, limpio y con calefacción.

El departamento se inundaba en el living y el baño del dormitorio principal. Personal del gimnasio poco amable. La piscina temperada no está disponible (ya varios años que pasa lo mismo y siempre dicen que está en mantención).

You can hear easily noises from others rooms, building has not maintenance, looks dirty and old.

Que no permitan mascotas. Tv y equipo musical obsoletos.

Well where do we start..... staff unhelpfull, apart from young security lady where car was parked. Had to wait till 5pm to check in which then took 30 minutes, finally got key to apartment, walked approx 100 meters to block, eventually found the room as the numbering of them was very confusing, then only to find the room was occupied 😡 had to go all the way back to reception, staff virtually ignored us until we made a fuss, finally got another apartment and was in the room by 6pm. There was rubbish in the corridor of the apartment block. The whole block was shabby needs a refurb, and very noisy. Terrible experience will not be back.☹

The wifi never works on the room. I added a comment trough booking asking for a room near to the reception and they never read the comments, they requested me to call for further reservations just in case that I need something special.
