The space of the room was big ,a lot of space to store luggage.
The location is old. The pictures on booking.com are nothing like the actual place. It does have the old style looks, but the location was empty. The property was empty spooky 👻 😳 empty it seemed we were the only people at the location. They had no breakfast, no bar,no amenities.

Preciosas instalaciones, hermosa habitación. Un lugar muy limpio, fresco y súper acogedor. Me encantó la habitación!!
Se siente un tanto desolado el lugar. El personal de las instalaciones son un poco fríos.

El lugar esta padrisimo y los cuartos super comodos excelente lugar para quedarse cerca del centro de la ciudad de Guadalajara. El Teatro Diana esta cerca y el lugar tien el estilo colonial.
TRistemente no tienen servicio de restaurante o desayuno cuando la verdad tienen un excelent el lugar para hacerlo. Cuando reserve estaba anunciado que habia desayuno pero al llegar se me confirmo lo contrario

They gave us a room with no AC , and customer service was bad! No one at the reception

the actual room was great, my daughter loved the bathtub , warm warm water was good , kitchen setup was good
TV and Wifi didnt work , the location wasn’t for some reason where I expected and is near Historic Guadalajara and there was constant traffic and you could feel all the vibrations in the room from the traffic , No coffee was ready in lobby or in the room, there was a coffeemaker but. o coffee i had to ask for it, and there was a small restaurant open for breakfast not for room service

This boutique/art gallery hotel is like going back in time 150 years. The foos is excellent.
Is not related to the property. The hotel is located at the center of busy streets which makes it very noisy.

It is a quaint old complex turned into a hotel.
We didn’t have hot water for a day, the water pressure was very weak, there was no electric kettle in the room. the noise outside is bad because sound proof was poor. the church bell next door woke me up early.

We were locked out of the hotel until 1am. Waited 2 hours outside with other guests. I phoned the hotel number 35 times and got no answer. The worker arrived finally and let us in. If we werent outside we would have been locked inside which is a major fire hazzard.
The hotel is beautiful and historical, but it is run by 15 year olds and as much as they tried it wasn't ok. It needs work. The wifi also didn't work ever which meant the TV never worked.
