Fantastic location in Cannes, Palm Beach. Ideal for a family or a couple to stay longer than just for a weekend. Nice bakery downstairs to get fresh croissants every day! Bus Stop at the corner which takes you to Cannes city center in around 5 to 7 min. for 1.50 Euro.

Maybe the 2nd bedroom is a bit small for two more grown up kids but it is OK for a summer vacation as you don't spend much time inside.

Second time in this property and likely not to be the last. We love the location, the terrace with sea view, the comfy beds. The southern exposure is great in the fall and winter, to enjoy the sun from early morning to late afternoon.

Fantastic location! Terrence the property manager was helpful friendly and professional. Great space and modern appliances. Lots of useful equipment. Great tv and aircon. We loved the balcony.

The cleanliness wasn’t what it should have been. This potentially fantastic property needs a bit of love and investment. The bathroom had mould, the paintwork was unfinished and the shower drain was blocked. The toiletries were just left behind from previous occupants(some high quality mini toiletries would have been a nice touch)and the drawers were broken and didn’t close. The handsoap hadn’t been refilled. We found a mouldy chopping board in the kitchen. If these negatives were resolved for next time this would be a fabulous place to stay.
