Nice rooms, nice view, close to the beach Clean rooms and sheets The host was relatively easy to reach

The two houses we rented were about 250m apart so it divided our group in two, basically. It would have been better if it would be specified that there are houses in different places. If there are more cars, you should tell them, because there are not a lot of parking spaces.

Great location, 2 minutes from Paradisos beach. It was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Partial beach view (there is a new building in front). Functional washing machine in the bathroom and also functional dishwashing machine in the kitchen.

The road to the beach is flooded and cannot be used if heavy rains occurs in the area (a detour must be made, around 10 minutes). No trash bins around property, the trash must be taken to the big bins near the beach. Very close to other properties but the neighbors were quiet during our stay.

Everything was new, very clean. Beautiful indoor design. Plenty of vegetation around the house with a nice smell of pines. The kitchen was fully equiped. Nothing was missing. Close to the beach and not so far away from the center of Neos Marmaras ( about 12 min walking). The host was there all the time, fully involved and aiming to help.

In some nights was a lot of noise from the other villas in the complex ( noisy neighbours after 12 am in the midnight).

The accommodation is really excellent, well equipped and comfortable. The house is located in an excellent location and in a beautifully decorated complex.

Although wifi is stated to be avaiable, it is poor and inappropriate for this location. Single bads in two rooms are short and not intended for the normal height of an adult. But that’s not a reason for s bad grade.

Good location.

Room furniture could be upgraded to modern standards. Quality of Wi-Fi unreliable, even regular cell phone signal was poor. The access road was flooded for one full day, parking space problematic.

Close to the beach, everything in the house is brand new and functional. We were 7 people and house was the perfect size. Attention to detail, for example all windows and doors had mosquito nets, all kithcen accessories including coffee machine, microwave etc. Very clean. All towels and bed linnen were changed every 3 days. Nice outside area and 2 parking places.

The beds were all different lenghts. Two double beds were 190cm, 2 single beds were 180cm and 2 single beds were only 170cm! Very hard beds and squeaky as well. Internet was alsmost not available on the 2nd floor and the speed was not up to par.

The location and the accommodation is great. Stelios is a kind and helpful person. We asked for a second key and he immediately gave us one.
