the linen and towels were disgusting and the sofas looked like they had been picked out of a rubbish tip.

The location, balconies and spaciousness . The bed was very comfortable too.

The couch and chair in the living space was not nice to sit on as the vinyl was flaking off badly. It went on your clothes and skin and did not feel clean to use. No clean cloths or cleaning sprays were available to help us keep the place clean. There were no safety instructions including fire safety. A small starter pack with water would have been helpful and some information on what to do in the area would be useful.

Comfortable apartment in an amazing location. Balcony was a highlight

The situation and the view was excellent. The man who was selling properties in the building helped us with parking the car in a small parking place and confirmed we were in the correct building for our stay and where to find the key box. He said he did not work for the people we had booked with.

We were not met on arrival as the person who was meant to meet us was at a funeral. We fully appreciated and respected their position but a replacement host should have been available to show us the apartment etc. The keypad to access the key was extremely difficult to operate due to its age and condition The toilet malfunctioned frequently and failed totally on our second evening requiring professional intervention. The parking access and space were difficult for a mid size car. The leather sofa was extremely worn. Whilst we experienced problems, at no time did our host meet with us, all communication was by SMS.

Excellent location

No local representative. The dishwasher was faulty on arrival and cut off all the electricity, the circuit breaker was actually on another floor and we were lucky to find it.

Location fantastic with a beautiful view. Very nice and peaceful village.

During the drive to the location the host called and said that the apartment was already taken. Someone had taken the keys from the box and gone inside. We received another apartment but it felt a bit strange.

The view is amazing and appartment is comfortable and well furnished .Shower is good.

Were unable to get TV working on a full.screen despite following instructions.
