Very nice and helpful hosts. During check-in, it turned out that I made a mistake when booking and incorrectly specified the number of guests. Fortunately, the problem was quickly resolved. The apartment is located in an old tenement house, but it is very nicely decorated and has everything you need during your holiday. The accommodation is very close to the town center. There are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

Modern look, all equipment new and clean, no odours inside or from outside, perfect tap water quality, surely I will try to come back there.

Amazing apartament, perfect location, pleasant neighbours, top cleaning, smell like a SPA. Highly reccomend to stay in Castellammare and at Deliamare. High standards. Easy parking. Friendly people. Best icecream. Near Erice, Scopello, Mondello, Zingaro, Palermo, Monreale, San Vito Lo Capo, Sigesta and Trápani. Loved it!

Fiorenze and Gioncarlo were so welcoming and friendly.. They paid great attention to our needs and when we arrived they introduced us to the lovely Sicilian food. Their advice helped us settle in to a lovely relaxing holiday in an apartment with everything we needed. Take their advice re taxis as this eased our return to the airport with Massimo.

Our hosts met us in person, and our plane arrived late, so it was quite late at night when they met us at the apartment. They were both very friendly and gave us a lovely gift of cakes. They told us where we could get fresh milk and fruit, and about parking locally. They had water in the fridge for us. When we had a problem with a door they attended immediately and left us more cakes on different occasions. They left plenty of information on local beaches, sites to visit and restaurants to eat in and some with a discount. It was a lovely apartment with plenty of parking on the street. Walking distances to local mini market Ve Ge, with lovely people and with reasonable prices, also near by a local bread shop and a shop where we bought fresh fish. Walking distance all around the town. We had a car and we did plenty of touring. It is a beautiful country and the people are lovely and genuine. The weather was lovely and warm in May, and the island was not crowded which we like. Mt. Etna was amazing, and the archaeology sites of Segesta and Selinunte were fantastic. The cathedrals of Monreale and Palermo and were spectacular as was the Palace there. Towns like Erice and Cefalu are well worth a visit as is Villa Romana del Casale. Our hosts kept in communication with us and they were lovely people.

Host are very friendly. There are 2 apartments one for 6 people and one for 4 people. We have stayed in both. I personally liked more apartment for 4 people. in apartment for 6 people noise is coming from the street because there is one of the main roads near by and cars are driving all the time. The apartment is in walking distance to city center and Marina. You have grocery store 5 min away. I find Castellammare del Golfo good start point for exploring. Apartment are well equipped. I would recommend this property.

Noise from the street in apartment for 6. When they will change windows like they did in apartment for 4 it should be ok. Note that this is only my opinion. We live in a house and we aren’t familiar with much noise from the street.

The apartment is modern, beautifully renovated and exquisitely presented with much care and pride. Conveniently located in the very centre of town with popular cafes, restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes walk away, including the historical and harbour areas. The town is only 30 minutes drive from many spectacular emerald beaches, including in Zingaro National Park and Scapello. The Wifi is reliable (very good reception) and there are air conditioners in every room which helped made the place comfortable and cosy. The host, Fiorenza, was extremely kind, caring and obliging. Very approachable, easy to communicate with and patient with our english and our attempts at speaking very bad italian! She also took time to explain and provided valuable information on interesting tourist attractions and recommended exceptional places where the locals eat, including herself. The location is in the centre of town so expect traffic noises even throughout the night. Note the house rule on arrival indicates no consumption of alcohol permitted on the premise. Bring your own detergent if you are using the washing machine. Bring your own cutting knife to prepare food if you intent to use the kitchen (only dinner knives provided). Note that there is no microwave available. Bring garbage bags or make arrangements with the host on arrival as there is no rubbish bin or garbage bags provided in the kitchen. Dont forget to check location of free parking with the host as the street below is paid parking unless you have a permit. If you are seeking value for money rather than the convenience of location, suggest trying a place further away from the popular centre of town for the same price (we paid a total €87 in cash inclusive service fee and city tax for two nights) noting that it is only 5 to 30 minutes walking distance to anywhere in town.

The parking situation was a little stressful.
