We have been vacationing in Corolla for 25+ years. This house ranks low on our list of favorite homes. The furniture is old and uncomfortable especially the living room and mattresses. It is also located near the public beach access which makes the beach very crowded. One of the two advertised dishwashers has broken buttons so it was almost impossible to operate. Our week was discounted due to end of summer rates but it still was not worth the money compared to other homes we have rented in the past.

We had an awesome family vacation at Sea Breeze! The location was perfect for our 3 grandchildren due to the short distance to the beach access. It would have been helpful to have had dish towels in the kitchen, but we were able to purchase a couple after our arrival. Overall an awesome experience! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was across the street from the beach access and very close to shops and restaurants. The house overall was clean and amenities was as described. The keyless entry and responsiveness of the rental company were good. The hot tub wasn't working when we checked in and it took a couple of days to resolve, but it worked out fine.

When we arrived our overall impression of house was good...we were a family of 13 and the house fit our needs. However, when a few of us decided to relax in the hot tub after a long drive we discovered the hot tub was not working. When we reported it we were told a work order had already been submitted prior to our arrival. Very disappointed that we had to discover this on our own rather than a “heads up” (it was not repaired during our week). Day 2 we discover the microwave was not working and that was never repaired during our time there. We were told they were shorthanded with repair people. Day 3 a repairman showed up to check the elevator which we didn’t find anything wrong with🤷♀️Beach Realty does not do a great job communicating things we should be told. Great job with other info. If you choose to rent this property check to be sure everything is working!

Great layout for bedrooms for multigenerational vacationers. Grandma loved the elevator, pool area was great, kitchen well stocked minus serving spoons and hand towels, close to beach access but public parking near house and lots of foot traffic, hot tub was old , broken and wasn’t fixed, our weekly fee could have bought a new hot tub, management friendly but we were disappointed to arrive and not be able to relax in the advertised hot tub. Bring all your beach accessories, chairs, towels, toys, balls, games because there are none at this house. No baby gate, high chair or cribs. Overall clean except the windows, definitely need cleaning to see out of, unpleasant feel of carpets on top floor, mediocre furniture, great sofa, two ovens and dishwashers were great also, nice outdoor furniture, outside shower basically a spicket. We go to the OBX every summer but probably won’t stay here again although it is overall a very nice house.

Perfect house for our part of 12! Sea Breeze has everything we needed for the perfect stay at the beach. It's a quick walk to beach access! The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals. We especially loved the pool. It would be great to see an upgraded hot tub as it is showing its age, but what is there is clean and working. Overall, I would highly recommend.

We would never rent this property again--the owners had too many closets reserved for themselves--2 on each of the 3 levels and the kitchen pantry which is needed for guest use was also locked. Also, the Tiki wet bar area by the pool was filthy--the area between the house and the pool fence needing cleaning

It was a nice home. We were a little disappointed that the Tiki Bar was not of much use as it was dirty and only had a sink. A small fridge would have been nice. The ice maker on the ground level quit working and was never repaired. A tech showed up and was there 5 minutes tops and said they would have to order a new one. Had a problem with ants on the top floor around the kitchen bar area. After we bought some spray it seemed to clear up. Overall we enjoyed the house and were there for 2 weeks.

Sea Breeze was wonderful! Lots of space and very short walk to the beach almost right across the street. Had everything we needed. Tiki bar and pool were great. It would have been nice to have some pantry space in the kitchen to store food but we were able to make do with counter space and cupboards. Behind the house is public beach access parking which didn't affect us since we went at the beginning of off-season but the beach area may have the potential to get a little crowded in the high season. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding. Everything was clean and updated. We were hit with a tropical storm at the end of our stay but we felt very safe in the house. Would definitely recommend!

Great home to rent for vacay - we brought 11 people (3 families) who fit comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. However there is not a garbage disposal which is an amenity that I am used to and missed horribly! The view and walk to the ocean is great.

The house had two but nothing enclosed so more of a rinse off then a shower. Also the pool area was wonderful, having the fan and shade made for great cocktail hour after day at beach. The interiors are up for date and generally appealing. The pool lights were broken when we arrived and never fixed before we left. The audio home speaker system was also broken and never fixed by the time we left. Not that this ruined our trip, just a tad annoying.

Everything was amazing at the Sea Breeze from the time we arrived until the time we left. The house was very clean and has been maintained beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the double oven and 2 refrigerators was so helpful. And the game room, would be a great place to hang out. Beds were comfortable. The house was very clean! We have stayed in Corolla/Wjhalehead for many years now, before now it was at the northern end. This place is a great location and a great house. The elevator was a fantastic help with getting up and down, moving luggage and groceries. The house is huge, plenty of room with bedrooms and bathrooms everywhere. The game room on the lower level was nice. Plenty of deck furniture to use and plenty of deck space. The pool area was nice especially with the "tiki" hut for shade. We already reserved it again for next year!

Our stay and vacation at Sea Breeze was very enjoyable. The cleaning staff was very accommodating and made it possible for us to occupy the residence ahead of 4 PM check in time. We were able to get into the house between 1 PM & 1:30 PM, and we were very grateful for that. There were a couple of issues that were either not responded to or not responded to in a timely manner. We had noticed wasp nests on two of the 2nd floor outer decks. It was reported shortly after our arrival, but it took several days for it to be addressed. We also noticed ants in the kitchen. The response time for that was better and was addressed at the same time as the wasp nests. Two issues were not addressed. I reported that the light in the 3rd floor toilet area off of the master bedroom was out. I also reported that the tub/shower on one of the 2nd floor bathrooms was not draining. Neither of these issues were tended to.

The house itself was very nice. Clean and in I good shape. Couple of things happened while we were there, and it was slightly disappointing. The pool filter did not work for the entire week, so there was an over abundance of bugs in the pool each morning, as well as murky water. Neither the pool nor the hot tub were serviced mid week ( per the contract) so there was sand in the bottom of the pool and hot tub. I called 3 days in a row and no one came. They came one time to fix the filter (which worked for 12 hours and then stopped again) but did not vacuum the pool. Other things that broke while we were there, multiple toilets did not flush, a toilet seat broke, and the air conditioner was replaced. Nothing was catastrophic but I would have preferred not to have to reach out to the management company each day, multiple times a day.

The house itself was very nice. Clean and in I good shape. Couple of things happened while we were there, and it was slightly disappointing. The pool filter did not work for the entire week, so there was an over abundance of bugs in the pool each morning, as well as murky water. Neither the pool nor the hot tub were serviced mid week ( per the contract) so there was sand in the bottom of the pool and hot tub. I called 3 days in a row and no one came. They came one time to fix the filter (which worked for 12 hours and then stopped again) but did not vacuum the pool. Other things that broke while we were there, multiple toilets did not flush, a toilet seat broke, and the air conditioner was replaced. Nothing was catastrophic but I would have preferred not to have to reach out to the management company each day, multiple times a day. The location was amazing, quick walk to the beach and in a prefect area of Corolla. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The rooms were clean and all furniture was in great shape.

Our week at Sea Breeze was perfect. The house was just what we needed and provided all our needs. Everything was clean and well-maintained and the decorations were so cute! We only had an issue with wi-fi not always strong enough (even in the master bedroom) and the cable company could not find the router to check it. The elevator got stuck between floors once too and no one had touched any of the doors to cause this to happen (we had to jump out and were afraid it wasn't safe to use). Otherwise, the house was very nice!

This house had everything we needed from enough space to get around and to sleep! The elevator was a blessing for our 80 year old mom plus it was a great help in getting luggage upstairs and groceries to the top floor easily! The pool and hot tub were so welcoming and relaxing! The short walk to the beach was easy and we made new friends in passing! The views were spectacular and the sounds of the ocean were hypnotic! We had a problem checking in but was quickly resolved without incidence! The home was clean and very warm and welcoming! We have already booked again for next year!

This house had it all! My family of 12 (adults and teens) stayed at Sea Breeze for a week. Pride of ownership shows in this house. They thought of everything...2 full size dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 additional ice makers, gazebo area by the pool (with a bar, sink and fan), chairs on every deck...I could go on and on. My only complaint is the bunk room in the basement was very small for the amount of furniture in it. My 17 and 20 year old opted to sleep on the couch. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

We vacation with four families and this home more than meet our needs! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our meals. The house is well kept and very clean. The finishes are beautiful. The outside area around the pool was spacious and the covered cabana provided shade for those wanting to get out of the sun. The home's proximity to the beach access was perfect. This house offered something for everyone (pool, volleyball, pool table). Our teenagers loved the bottom floor. We enjoyed this home so much we have already booked it for next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
