The location is so convenient.

There isn’t enough lift for the amount of people going in and out of the building. Some of it were broken during our stay. The bed isn’t that much comfortable.

simple dorm type room. all the basics covered. if it’s not there then go get it. the essentials are. it was really center of any direction needed to go.

property was great, just sad that it was the district with the most pan handlers …. etc

2 keys to the condo would have been more easier for us , however our stay for 27 days was great, nice poole relaxing area, and very nice gym setup

need to upgrade the host things like utensils. bath towels and blankets

Cheap. Good location.

1. The host waited until I was checking in to tell me the room was not available because of a blocked drain. She offered another room, at a higher price, or cancellation. As I had already travelled to the property, I felt compelled to upgrade. 2. The building has an absurdly long wait time for the elevator. Hordes of people queue to get on, and the elevator stops at every floor. I spent up to 20 minutes trying to get into and out of the building. 3. Both rooms aircons are noisy, keeps you awake at night. 4. After day 1, the host collected rent for the second day. Then she told me I needed to move to a different room. Not the original room, just a different room, which was a slight downgrade (but still at the higher price than originally quoted). The second room had a truly tiny TV and a poor quality blanket. 5. Both rooms have thin curtains which do not block out light. So after a sleepless night because of loud aircoin you will need to get up early. 6. On the second day, the host collected the keys an hour before check-out, which meant that I could not exit and re-enter the building, but was compelled to either stay or check out. 7. Internet connection was slow. 8. Overall, felt hustled and hassled by the host.

The place was good value for money as we have a nice view of the city and everything was working fine. The caretaker was responsive of our questions and needs dueing out stay.

There was no bidet.

the place is affordable, clean, spacious and the staff is accomodating. to Tess Paradela thank you so much ma'am. am highly recommended this place. will preferably to stay here again.

I've stayed in Horizons over the years many times, but this was my first stay in one of the KC studios. And in the future, if go back to Horizons, I'll definitely book a KC studio again. It's a fully fitted condo with all the necessary kitchen items needed for a short stay...so easy to re-heat food or cook up noodles/rice etc. The bed was very comfortable and the WIFI was fast enough although would cut out sometimes. The place was immaculately cleaned prior to arrival and Tess, the owner, very pleasant to deal with. All in all, the best studio I've stayed at when compared with the other studios in Horizons 101.

Plumbing has always been an issue at Horizons 101. It seems to be the same issue with every unit I've stayed in. While the KC studio was great, the drainage in the shower is backed up. Meaning after a shower, you're standing in water almost up to the ankles. Given that there was amiotic acid in the bathroom tells me this is a building/plumbing issue with the entire building.

I liked the view..we can see the pool outside on the 9th floor from our window. Complete kitchenwares although we had not use it. The room is affordable, clean and cozy. I would love to stay here again.

No TV signal all through out our 2-days stay. But it was fine since there's wifi. But it would be much better if there was TV. 😅
