We love that everything was well thought out with the provision of mobile chargers and different toiletries at the lobby and in the bathroom. The room itself was comfortable and clean with cool airconditioning.
The Korean buffet. It might be a concessionaire in the hotel but the limited options and the poor ambience ruined the complete hotel experience. We should have spent the money in another restaurant.

The hotel seems new, fresh and quite luxurious considering the fact that it's a 3-star hotel. The rooms are big and of a bit better quality than others at the same price point. The breakfast was HUGE advantage - served by a korean restaurant below the level of the Hotel. It was the best breakfast I've had in Japan, HUGE variety of dishes.
The smell of cigarettes at the entrance. The Hotel is also located in an area where there are many night clubs, so on lower storeys people partying might be disturbing.

The location was very nice, almost the city center of Nagoya and easy to get around and try new spots and things with ease, good sitting area for food and just a relaxing time.
It definitely needs updating and possibly some remodeling as there were some stains on the headboard, there was a patch job for a leak outside the bathroom, multiple cracks and almost like paint chips throughout.
