From the initial booking through to welcome on arrival the staff at the hotel were fantastic. Good levels of communication from the beginning and they were all so helpful with tips and advice to help us through our stay. I cannot speak highly enough of the attention throughout and the rooftop bar views and food are exceptional. Thank you all.

Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was exceptional with wide range of options to suit all tastes. The gosleme making demonstration each morning was novel and interesting. The location was fabulous, offering amazing views and proximity to great restaurant options/positioned walking distance to major attractions in the old town and set amongst quaint streets. Staff were very helpful in arranging tours and offering recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing options. They were friendly and spoke very good English. Zafer, Ali and Mehmet were excellent hosts who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Rooftop bar is a nice touch We would definitely stay here again.

Room is slightly small but comfortable and good value for money

Good hotel, walking distance (5-10 min) to historical attractions, amazing staff, i'm sorry i don't remember the names of all the guys in front desk, they were all very helpfull with infos and tips for a great stay in Istanbul. We book a boat trip with their help and it was the perfect choice. They even negociated for us the taxi far! Thank you all! For sure we'll be back in your hotel!

Good location and staff helpful. Taxi service to and from the airport arranged by the hotel was at a reasonable cost. Good recommendations were given for places to eat and plans on doing all the touristy things in Istanbul!

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very service minded. We got the only room on the 8th floor. It was spacious and had a super comfortable bed. Gave the hotel 9 out of 10, only because some of the bedroom fixtures need a bit of TLC but this was absolutely no problem. We would definitely return if travelling back to Istanbul, no doubt about it. Perfect location as well, close to the city center without the noise and hassle of the town. Note that there is no elevator beyond the 4th floor. The friendly staff help carry one’s luggage so that is basically not a problem unless you have mobility issues.

Such a comfy, friendly hotel. Very authentic and the staff cannot do enough to help you. Delicious breakfast. Beer on the beautiful rooftop watching the sun set in the Bosphorus was a real highlight. Will definitely return :)

Well the stay in Hotel Amira could not have started better as we got an upgrade and had a large, beautiful room with private terrace overlooking the Bosphorus. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean, breakfast was great with some direct kitchen service but the best was the extremly friendly and helpful staff at the desk, ready for valuable advicing us on restaurants/foods to try and organizing taxies and things to see. Their support made the trip to being something special! Thanks to such a great team!

The location of the hotel is near to public transport. Nearby shops and reataurant. It was a quiet neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and informed about the needs of the guests. Breakfast was good especially the traditional breakfast.

Excellent customer service! Staff are very helpful and welcoming. They made my NYE experience feel extra special. Very good breakfast buffet. The hotel is within 10-minute walking distance to all the major attractions of the Old City. There is a farmers market across the street from the hotel on Wednesday that is quite nice.

The hotel itself is not as posh or new as the online photos show. As the matter of fact, it is quite dated. The bathroom needed some major recaulking. Our bath tub was literally peeling away from the wall! I wish the facility was in better condition. Walls are thin. Might be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Showers and hot water were working well. Nevertheless, we had a pretty good stay.

This Hotel is the best place to stay in Istanbul - perfect location for seeing all the attractions. Best breakfast on coffee for our whole trip!

location was great. Staff were all very nice and helpfull and speak English well. They try to help in everything. queen bed is a bit small really difficult for 2 people. breakfast was good but not too many variation. family corner room where we were was spacious for 5 people. Hospitality of the staff really excellent. will not hesitate to go back anytime soon.
