Beautiful location; the accommodation was close to 2 beaches and plenty of good restaurants. The reception was 24/7. They also helped us with a taxi and some cash. The staff tried to communicate with us in English. Everything was great; I highly recommend this place to people travelling for 2 to 3 days.
Wifi wasn't good. Uber doesn't work in Ilhabella; they use local taxi apps, but as foreigners, we couldn't use them because of a registration error. You would need a CPF number, which is only provided to residents. But we luckily found a taxi driver who was a big help. I would expect the blankets to be cleaned and dried properly; they had an unusual smell.
