They didn't cleaned my room for three days They had too much dogs around n barking at night n really morning. The AC it's old n very noisy.

The AC ISN'T good ... Was like a tornado... Too much noise... But the room was okay ...nice n clean.. also, they haven't cleaned my room for those three days.

It was cheap I suppose that is good.

We did not have a pleasant stay. The rooms were cramped, the general areas of the hotel were dirty, and the pool was occupied by an overweight couple with a dog who were blasting their music at an antisocial volume all day.

Not much. Staff was friendly but did not solve the issues.

Room 220 had an awful sewer smell, it looks like it was coming from the toilet, because it was extremely strong and disgusting. We asked and we were relocated, but I feel I should not be paying for a hotel room which smells like sewer, I think they should have reimbursed me the for the first day, or give me a good discount because of that unpleasant experience. Plus, the AC was not working in either of the rooms, and I did try my best to make it. I'm brazilian and I'm used to stuff half broken and not working, but all they said was it was just the button that was stuck, and that's it, I spent 2 nights sweating in bed when I paid for a hotel room with AC.
