Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit einer großen Halle, die zu einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Sofa und zwei Sesseln führt, mit einem Esstisch für 8 Personen, einem Flachbild-TV, vier Schlafzimmer, von denen zwei ein Bett haben Ehe, ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Balkon mit Blick auf das Schloss von Santa Barbara, das vierte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett, haben ausgezeichnete Größe Schränke und Nachttische für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Anwesen verfügt über zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer, beide mit Badewanne, eine Küche mit Geschirr und Besteck für acht Personen, sehr hell und mit Zugang zum internen Balkon. Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist die herrliche Terrasse mit Sofa, zwei Sesseln und einem niedrigen Tisch, mit einem unschlagbaren und einzigartigen Blick auf das Mittelmeer, den Hafen und die Promenade.

There are many reasons you enjoy this place:
- large and spacious
- location in front of Postiguet Beach
- location around the corner from old Alicante
- tons of bars and restaurants nearby
- grocery shop (City Spar) and simple pizza place downstairs
- amazing sunrise views and sea views from your covered balcony
The beds are comfortable. The rest of the furniture is a bit old and sparse, but very functional.
Very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in andrea and eduardo’s apartment. It’s perfectly located near the beach with restaurants and clear water. The boulevard with all the restaurants is only a minute away. The minor inconvenience is parking opportunities. The closest one we found was a garage 5 minutes away, and this cost us 25 euros a day. However, there was a tram and bus stop right in front of the house so a car is not really necessary unless you plan to travel far. The apartment was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. If we were with more than 3 people I think there would be an inconvenience with the available kitchen utilities but for us it was no problem. Andrea and Eduardo replied within seconds if we had any questions and the pictures are very true to reality. I recommend the apartment highly! :)

Location location location
We LOVED our stay in Alicante. We knew the place was across from the beach, but had no idea we would be so close to everything! The bus and tram stop was just across the street and the plaza was a few steps from the entrance. We could see the fireworks and festival from our balcony. The owners were very sweet and even helped us out when we missed our flight and had to stay an additional day. Great space and very comfortable. We are already talking about staying again

Amazing!
Our stay in Alicante was amazing! We drove from Paris to Alicante and had some troubles on the way. Andrea and Eduardo are very responsive and helpful. They waited for us to arrive at 1am. The apartment is very spacious, fully stocked and very clean. The location is the best location you can ask for. The view from the balcony is incredible. Our family had an amazing stay here and cannot wait to come back to Alicante and stay here again.

Ok, men mangler
Mangler plads (hylder) til håndklæder og toiletting på badeværelserne. Mangler ophæng til bruserne. Mangler saks, knive, klude etc. Ellers en god lejlighed. Er dog glad for, at vi kun var 4 om at dele 2 badeværelser 😁⭐️

We had a very nice time in Alicante, the apartment was perfect for us because of the location: close to the beach, sea view and nearby to the old town and harbour. Perfect for families and very clean. The owners were very kindly.

Si es cierto que al principio de nuestra estancia habido ciertas diferencia con los anfitriones en el proceso de adaptación. También quiero comentar que a lo largo de los dias, hemos sido muy buen atendidos, eso hace que el proximo año nos gustaria volver a este mismo apto.

Amazing and huge space, in the perfect location
The 7 of us had a fantastic 4 days in Alicante, the apartment was absolutely perfect for us and the owners were very kind letting us leave our bags when we left early and check out late on departure day. The pictures accurately represent what to expect in terms of furniture and decor, which was all very clean and comfortable. BUT the huge space was a very welcome surprise and ideal for parties of 7!
The location could not be better. with it's sea view and a short crossing of the road to reach the beach whilst being close to the old town and harbour as well. Thank you for everything!

Great location! Furniture just so-so.
Great location and Andrea was very kind. The view of the beach was very nice as was the patio. The apartment is an odd layout, very narrow and long. We appreciated the air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and the front room. The furniture in all rooms is older with low quality pillows, sheets and mattresses. The apartment fronts a busy street, but it did not bother us at all.

Excelente ubicación, muy amplio y luminoso. Amabilidad en todo momento. Por poner alguna sugerencia, eché en falta una lavadora y un poco complicado el cambio de bombonas de butano seguramente para alguien que este habituado seria sencillo hacer los cambios.

Ubicacion perfecta y gran amplitud de alojamiento. Algo antiguo, sin reforma desde hace mucho.
El alojamiento es muy espacioso, con vistas inmejorables a la playa de Postiguet, a muy pocos minutos del centro historico, sin estar en el meollo del ruido y del bullicio de la gente, amplio y muy grande, aunque un tanto antiguo, un poco batallero, pero con mucho espacio. La entrada y la recepcion rapida y comoda por parte del propietario.

Floor plan is very good because bedrooms can be separated (with a door) from living room. And the apartment was clean.
The masten balcony is spacious and has nice furniture. The extremely busy street did bother us a little.
Even the smaller balcony had a couple of chairs so you can sit down and enjoy the view to the castle. It's great especially in the evening.
Note that the 4th bedroom with bunk bed is merely a closet - it would be absolutely too small for 2 person.
Beds were nice but too narrow for our liking, master bed was about 140 cm wide.
In total a pleasant experience and we would recommend this apartment.

Very nice apartment and location
We were a group of 7 persons that spend a weekend (with motogp in valencia) in this apartment. The location is superb with the beach and city center very close. Clean and nice apartment with a big livingroom and balcony 😊👍🏻. Everything were great...recommend this apartment if you visit Alicante for both city life and beach hangout

Plenty of room in a great location
The apartment has plenty of room for our party of 6 people. We had a really great week here.
The apartment is directly across the road from the beach. The view is amazing and the balcony is a great place to sit and look over the view of an evening. We were amazed at the size of the apartment and had more than enough room.

Amazing Flat !!
We are a group of 8 students on holiday. We really love being there. The Flat is amazing, really big and confort. The Location is perfect, it’s in front of the sea, and the clubs . The owners are very kind.
