The apartment is big with all the facilities you need. It is very clean, has a good kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning. Maja is a lovely host. The views from the balcony are beautiful, you can watch all the boats steaming out in the morning and back in the evening. There are places to swim directly down the apartment. Maja also has a restaurant nearby where they do excellent squid and homemade wine. We loved our stay here.

Beautiful seaviwe. The apartman is in a good location. The oldtown is very close. Rooms were clean and tidy.

We staid only one night at Maja's place, but it was wonderful, the owner is awesome, polite and accommodating. Appointment was very private with a good bed, well taken care of garden, awesome sitting area right outside of the apartment, beautiful views, just 10 minute walk to an awesome beach and 15 minutes walking distance to the down town Hvar.

The apt had all the facilities you need and it was clean and near some amazing beaches.

I stayed only one night and most of the time I was out, so there is nothing I didn't like!

Minutes from the beach and the perfect escape from the center madness during the high season. While ~15 min from the center, it’s a flat (rarity for Croatia!) and easy walk by the bay.

A few additions to the kitchen cutlery would go a long way (eg potato peeler, chef knife), but really just loved my stay! No complaints :D

Incredible views from the balcony

The apartment in located in a quiet part of Hvar but it is just 15 min walk away from the center. This was the main selection criteria for us, close to the center, but sleep well without the drunken shoutings. The inner table would not be enough for a family dinner, but we asked and got a bigger table for the balcony so we eat there every time. Eating while watching the see is one of the best features of the house. There is centralized air conditioning for the apartments, which works better than the usual separated devices, because it flows the cold air from down-up instead of the normal flow down from the ceiling. It does not trigger sinusitis so easily. The garden is tidy and nice, no garbage, nice plants. The owner is very helpful and quick to support the questions and needs.

We rented the 5 person apartment which is located at the masard. It's real size is a less then you might think from the specification because of this fact. Sometimes there was no water for 10-20 minutes. I suppose the house has an own water supply which needs time to catch up the demand. This is understandable, but many times the cold water disappears, meanwhile the hot does not, so the shower become very hot. This is really annoying and dangerous, but once you are aware of it you become cautious during showering. The bed was terrible at the first 2 days, it made very annoying noise when you moved a bit. At 3rd day I found the reason: a supporting bed leg at the center of the bed was tilted which scratched the floor when we moved - hence the strong noise. I fixed it by adjusting it back to vertical. The extra bed was not comfortable according to my son. I believe the beds needs more reinvestment. The internet is unstable especially from evenings, but this is not the fault of the house. Traceroute showed several hundred ms latency to the internet provider, but the local double repeater infrastructure worked well. It seems Hvar is not prepared for the kids watching youtube at the evening. :)

The location is perfect, the apartment is overlooking the mesmerizing beautiful sea, definitely worth the stay there.

Great location near the seaside and lots of trees around. Very quiet area of Hvar and real feel of Adriatic sea coast. Great views from the terrace and parking spot in shade! Super.
