They provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. All neat and tidy and in great condition, it really is a beautiful house. The garden around the braai area is lovely, but the main viewing point with a view of the river is off the first bedroom balcony away from the fireplace. We were allowed to use kayak which made the river experience awesome.

Drinking water and firewood aren't provided. Also perhaps a little more info on how to access the river is important to people who might think it is closer than it is. We were expecting a much closer riverside vibe. Perhaps we misunderstood the description. There were jellyfish in the river on the one day which was a bit scary. We didn't know if it was safe to swim so we rather didn't.

It’s peaceful and remote

The access roads. I needed I higher vehicle or 4x4. The road to and from St Frances was not easy driving. I was told it was mentioned when booking but in fact on looking it up is specifically said I didn’t need a 4x4.

bedroom 2 shower water drain was blocked, not easy to shower he next day. filled with previous days shower water

Location was peaceful, beautiful, view of the river was stunning. Host was very helpful and understanding when we got delayed.. Everything about the place met out expectations.

More like a suggestion of having an oven. And look at the gas cylinder bcs it was smelling as if theres a leak. Other than that everything was great.

Serene, beautiful environment with relaxed atmosphere and all amenities available. Clean and comfortable unit - for relaxing and a quiet getaway from the busyness of life. Close enough to a centre for ones needs but far enough to be off the beaten track !
