I really liked the apartment, because oh was clean. Really good cost effectiveness.

The house isn’t very soundproof, but this wasn‘t a really big Problem for us (friend group)

The amenities were pretty modern.

I just want to start off by saying that this is the first bad review I have ever left. Ever. But our stay was so terrible so I feel I must warn the non-partying people that I would only come back if I was exclusively there to party all night. Upon check-in we were informed that quiet hours were from 10pm-10am and we were given a number to call if it got too noisy. We had an early morning the next day so when another group was blasting music and yelling/chanting past 11:30pm we called the number. They sent security and things quieted for a little bit- I imagine until security left. My guess is that security told them what room the complaint came from because the next thing we knew there was aggressive pounding and yelling on our door sometime past midnight and prior to the group taking their party elsewhere. We left the room the next morning to find that the group had spit and sprayed beer on the outside of our door. When I told all of this to the receptionist at checkout she didn’t seem to think it was a big deal and said that when security checked the night before the group was doing nothing wrong. I have never seen such blatant disrespect before by another group nor disregard from the hosts. This was the most expensive stay we had in all of Croatia and by far the worst. I’m sure it might be fine if the up until 5am everyday vibe is what you are looking for but consider yourself warned.

The property was misrepresented where there are material differences or defects compared to what was advertised. The was a big lake of maintenance issues with amenities or services.The pool was dirty and you could clearly see that it was not cleaned. The pool cleanliness of the pool was so bad that we never used The location of the rum was not as it was shown in the picture and was misrepresented. We get a rum in the basement with rocks Wal as a view. As the place was accommodation for young people, there were night parties and activities that woke us up in the middle of the night, which was not stated in the accommodation description and we were told at check-in when we could not do anything about it. We got a number to call in a critical situation. But what to do when you have had your night's sleep ruined and then eat it already done.

Amazing owners & staff, nice modern and clean room, top!

Poor isolation, too many young drunk people yelling all night, there isnt anything you can dry your beach towels and swimsuits, no napkins or kitchen cloth.
