Ethiopian receptionist the worst one I experience ever You checkout 1 minute after 12 pm full day charge . Horrible ! Not even late checkout charge !

Location, scenery, and room were perfect. Reception was great in the morning and during the day. The manager was accessible and welcoming.

We arrived late at night, and reception was not very good. The hotel looked dark, deserted, and poor lighting with no sign of warmness. No lift, we had 6 suitcases....

Room and room furniture need total overhaul,no hot water,no wifi,noisy, un proffessional staff most esp house keepers.Breakfast is equally bad.

Location was great and the service overall friendly and good.

Shuttle cost extra - a steep $15 which a hotel of this stature should be able to include for free. The facilities need maintenance and are not in the best condition. No lift in the block where reception is!

Leaving this "abandoned hotel"

Advise to all interested travelers via booking.com - read the reviews first - We were not expected - We were told: -- 1/ we did not book -- 2/ price (90$ standard was way too low and impossible -- 3/ price was for single room -- 4/ booking.com prices were not correct -- 5/ standard rooms were finished but upgrade would only cost little -- 6/ we realy were sure we wanted a standard room -- 7/ you first check standard and deluxe After minutes of discussing between 4 staff people about which room they should gives us they sent us with a staff member to show the rooms telling us You first check and decide if you realy want this room... We started getting annoyed telling them we dont like these practices - the brought us to an uncleaned room too dirty to accept with mice poopoo under the curtains telling us this is standard - do you want this - after refusing he showed us a Victorian style absolute different room telling us we better take this. Our level of acceptance was already at boiling point. We explained him that if a hotel does not have the booked rooms available it should give upgrades for free - where he showed the expected customer satisfaction telling us he would give this "upgrade" for the same price - still realy not worth the 90 dollars after genius discount - imagine 120 dollars. This led to a furious discussion between the good guy and the horrible desklady who laughed in our face when we started getting annoyed. Not agreeing with her male colleague she first called the absent hotel manager. After reading all comments, we believe this is a standard strategy of this Hotel management towards whites to gain addiotional as milking milk cows. Besides this horrible entrance there was only one cup, inclinged sugar, one bottle of water and no coffee in the room. The whole hotel (and it is huge) is in a very bad state of construction and dirty overall.

Easy to find location on map. Good parking area. Fair lobby. Reciption requested extra money and did not accept Booking through the website. We refused and asked for management. Then they accept. You need to walk upstairs (one or two floors depend on type of room). No elevators. Room was clean and big enough. Clean toilet. AC is good. Boiler is available with supplemented coffee and tea. Bed was pretty big and comfortable. Fair breakfast. The hotel is located in front of a mall. very close to the center. Good restaurants in the area and easy ti find Uber and boda boda.

Reciption refuse Booking at the beginning. Employee need extra training to understand online booking. Everything else was good.
