Location: great parking available as they said, less than 2 minutes; beach at max. 10 minutes walking, shops nearby, public transport 3 minutes distance, plenty of restaurants around

Good position if you want to be close to everything that Brighton has to offer but prefer a quieter place to head back to sleep in. We had 4 nights there and that was just about right .Particular thanks to Laura at the property management company who sorted out the one issue we had during our stay as the hot water boiler was not initially working. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Perfect location. Lovely rooms and home from home. Clean and large.

car park and a choice of supermarkets close by; sea within walking distance; comparatively calm living area; bus stop close by; apartment big enough to sleep 7 people, enough dishes for everyone, we found everything according to the description on the website and especially liked the info folder about Brighton and Hove; We really enjoyed our stay!

some of the light bulbs didn‘t work, there were traces of mould in the bathroom and in the washing machine; we also had some problems with the free Wifi at first but could sort them out quickly with the help of the staff; the place pick up the key from was rather spooky and we didn‘t feel safe there; it would have been easier to have just one phone number and a single person to talk to
